You know through all the competition of playing against each other I still don't hate the Panthers. They're our expansion brother.

Who cares. We are at war this week!

But because they were named a month before we were and we weren't Baltimore or St. Louis, we got red headed step child treatment.  We both had early success, but they actually made it to the Super Bowl with a good-but-not-great QB.  Neither team gets major coverage on the national media front, but we seem to be dumped on more.

Brothers fought on both sides of the same Civil War. Just sayin'.
If the jags get 10 on the panthers d it will mean they are super bowl bound

Be honest, jags are the red headed step child of the nfl. That's why everyone beats them as such
Title says it all
Quote: Snowwolf,  while there are some Jaguars fans as passionate about the team as you,  I can't imagine anyone being MORE passionate than you are for the Jaguars.   I recall your optimism a few seasons ago when you predicted the Jags to win the Super Bowl.   It's understandable to lose at least some optimism when your team has many losing or even non-winning seasons in a row.

The good news for you and all Jags fans is it appears the team has a big time QB prospect in Blake Bortles and the overall talent on the team has improved noticeably since 2013.    While it will be difficult,  not impossible for the Jags to get to at least 8-8 this season,   I think you are going to be much more optimistic a year from now.   There are no guarantees but there's reasons for legitimate hope.

D6 thank you so much for the kind words. What you said to me is one of the reasons your one of our favorite posters thats not a jags fan first. your honest, you understand when people are haveing a hard time. I will find a way to get myself pumped up before sunday.  I am expecting the jags to lose thier first few games, and not win until they play texans anyways. I did say 6-10,and i still belieave that. unforttanttly i think panthers will be a lose.
20-17 Jags
Jags run away with it late.

Jags: 6

Panthers: 5
There is a 0% chance jags score more than 10. I'm saying 15-10. 5 fg by gano.

Said it before.  Nothing changes my mind at this point.  27-24 Jags.  Dunno why people are picking low scores.  Both of our defenses suck.  Panthers have good linebackers.  We (at least theoretically) have a good secondary.  They will run on us and we will pass on them.  In the end, we'll win it.

300-0 Jags win

No touchdowns
0-0 tie
20 -10 Panthers

20-16 Jags. I hope Big Grin

17-14 Jags
