“His speed, everyone knows you can’t miss it because he’s the fastest I’ve ever seen on two feet,” Marshall said

“I saw him hit the corner the other day, then cut it down and I said, ‘Man, that’s your chance to go, to fly,’ “ running back Toby Gerhart told Frenette. “I kept waiting for him to open it up. Then he flashed that and I remember grabbing Benard Pierce or Denard Robinson and saying, ‘Hey, man, you see him move on that play.’ He makes you shake your head.”

The coaches, and the players are shaking their heads as to this guy's speed so that's promising.  I can't wait to see him in PreSeason!

Corey Grant signed a three year contract with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2015 worth $1,580,000. He received a $5,000 signing bonus.

He wasn't only the fastest out of the NFL draft running backs and Undrafted players but was 2nd in Broad Jump, 7th in Vertical Jump, 10th in Bench Press & he's 205lbs.

Just ask LSU #28 MIlls from video above if he is only about speed

I think he could really be a gem for us.

Hopefully, he has vision/instincts to go along with that speed.

He reminds me a lot of Chris Johnson (or how Chris Johnson was).  They have similar builds and play styles.

I am looking forward to seeing him in preseason. I know some folks are not high on preseason but I have been enjoying it the past few season because of this rebuild and the hope I have for our Jags.

With speed like that. One Espn preseason highlight on his speed. And he willnot remain on PS
I doubt he's on the PS.  I think he makes the roster.  He offers ST value and can maybe work his way onto the offense, which gives him an edge over Storm or Pierce IMO.

Agreed. I recall TC trying to put a player with legit speed (I'm thinking Randal Williams, but my memory is fuzzy) on the PS only to have him signed right off of it by the Cowboys.

The guy is big for someone who can run that fast and that's just rare to find in free agency.

Madden Heads will be very happy regardless but I want to see what he does on the field.

I'm intrigued how Caldwell is able to find undrafted rookies like Allen Hurns and Corey Grant.

It helps when your roster sucks.

Undrafted rookies and their agents know you have a better chance to make an NFL Roster in jacksonville than some other team.

I wouldn't call Corey Grant a find yet. There may be a very good reason why every team in the NFL passed on him.

It's not like he was hidden on some obscure small school roster. Everyone knew who he was and that he played for a big time program and yet they still passed.
^this.  Well said Predator.

It was Randal Williams. Coughlin had to cut him midseason to bring in a player for depth somewhere else due to injuries (was it TE Ryan Prince?), but the Cowboys claimed him on waivers before he could hit the PS.
Now I get the speed thing. But whitherspoon could not take a hit. Grant can. Huge difference.

Is it okay if we wait to see if he even makes the roster before we're intrigued?
That I will agree on.
Having watched him for 4 years at Auburn because I am a big fan. Forget it....he has no wiggle at all and goes down on most first hits.

I was really disappointed in him.The speed always had me hoping. I hope I am wrong and he is a good pro player.
I can see Grant making it onto the practice squad, but if it comes down to it, I'll give Storm Johnson the nod for the roster spot
