We should fire him now so we don't have to find out.

Voting yes until the end of next season. We'll see what the record is then.

I have my doubts but who knows

I'm not quite ready to vote Yes or No right now, but my faith in Bradley has definitely taken a hit this season.
So, while I am currently losing faith, I am not ready to vote No yet, but I sure as heck am not voting Yes yet either.
I hope that makes sense to you.

He's the guy for now.

Right there with you. He hasn't proven anything since being here, so I don't know. Yes he's handicapped by how young the players are, but he's also shown terrible time management, coaching at times during the game, and game planning. Gut says no, but he has a chance to prove us wrong starting next week.

I voted yes.
I may change my mind if we are still this bad by the 4th game of next season. I'll give them one more offseason to get this thing going.

The simple answer is so simple.

Too many fans on here with blind faith. He has shown no evidence of being the guy. He is positive and upbeat but not getting the job done.
Poor game plans, poor adjustments at halftime, poor product on the field.
He is sporting a 5-21 record. Aside from a bunch of excuses there has been no evidence of him being the guy

He's the guy until it's Proven that he has not what it takes to be the guy. An article that I recently read stated that Mr. Khan and Coach Bradley's expectations must be met to be a Jaguar. Mr. Khan believes in Bradley and we the fans will not sway his beliefs. In given time, coach Bradley will prove his worth...

I still think maybe... I'm willing to see what happens over the next 6 games...
I will say this: I'm leaning towards keeping Gus and revamping the coaching staff. If this team continues to fight all the way through to week 17, I think we should let Gus has the 3rd year--- But with a reworking of his staff.
But again, at this point... It's still a maybe for me.

I have yet to hear Gus make a single excuse.
I don't consider FACTS to be excuses, but I understand that FACTS tend to confuse the likes of you, so you have to label them as something, and excuses is the best you can come up with.
The truth is, FACTS indicate that the 5-21 record, as painful as it has been from the perspective of fans, is the end result of years of bad drafting and personnel decisions that had to be undone. It's the result of a complete change of philosophy where the team is building almost exclusively through the draft for the first 2 seasons under the current regime.
It is a FACT that this is one of the youngest rosters in the league as a result of the purge of garbage that was done over the past 2 years, and that we are putting the young players on the field in order to allow them to develop as players so that when we hit year 3, we'll know EXACTLY where this team stands in their rebuilding process.
It's not the fault of the front office, the coaching staff, or the owner that some of their fans are so incredibly thick headed and incapable of understanding that it takes time to build the team using the approach they've chosen.
Nobody here is saying Gus is the savior as the head coach. You're just not capable of understanding the point that the jury is still out despite the record, and it's FACTS, not excuses that have determined the current record he has as a head coach.

I voted no but you have to give him time. It'll suck if he does another 4-12 routine, then 8-8, then 4-12 or regress again. He needs to beat his division rivals to be even relevant in this league.

Poor gameplan, Poor adjustments and Poor product on the field???
Two of the three aren't his responsibilities...
Can you guess which two???

Is it really that difficult to understand?
He's the head coach, so by virtue of that fact alone, he's the guy until something changes.
