He might be the most overrated prospect in the draft.

Who cares? He will never do half of these drills again.

It isn't about the drills themselves, it's about the things that happen during the drills.

The fact that he appears like the guy struggling the most to understand the drill itself is not a good sign IMO. Maybe his slow leaning is what made him such a late bloomer in college. I mean he's always had the size and speed..
And if you're going to do the drill, then it matters. Otherwise just stay home and say "watch my FSU tape".... IMO Benjamin has a higher chance of busting than any of the "big names"....

He was 20 when he finished high school. I have to believe he has some sort of learning disability.

He's still learning and growing as a receiver. He went from being lazy and in Jimbo Fisher's doghouse as soon as he got to school to 30 catches and four touchdowns to 54 catches and 15 touchdowns in his first year as a starter. There is too much potential to pass on.
Jimmy Garoppolo is having a nice day throwing the ball.

Eh, I would disagree a bit. I actually think one of the luxuries of drafting Teddy, say above a McCarron or Mettenberger, is that he DOES have those extra horses in the engine if he needs it. That escapability that he used quite a bit in college, and can get you 5 or 10 yards on a scramble.

Listen, he certainly didn't have to run today, I'm just disapointed. Besides Manziel, Bridgewater was the one I was looking to truly surprise people with his speed. But as others in the thread have commented, it only adds to questions now. Does he not have it? Did the extra pounds gained for the combine slow him down? Or was he just doing something else today, and is still likely the 3rd or 4th fastest QB in this crop, who knows now.

Quote:No, you need to explain that. You need to explain why you feel like you are entitled to special treatment, but are allowed to dole out insults and terms of denigration to other people. Simply because those people aren't on a message board doesn't mean that societal norms aren't in place.

Again, you aren't special, and you don't deserve the double standard that you are trying to establish for yourself.
I just did explain it... if you are too thick to understand the difference between the two then whatever.

The world is full of double standards and everybody has them, so calm down.

Too many drops for me.

Simmer down, bud. Big Grin haha

Not performing at the combine doesn't raise questions. Performing poorly at the combine raises questions.
I like what the commentators are talking about coming out and competing. Bridgewater and Manziel should be listening.

You're really overthinking this.

If you're invited though, why are you not performing?

That's what bothers me too, but hands can be worked on.

Sounds like someone that should have stayed in school. I would pass on him as a round 1or2 pick. round 3 sure simply because of his size

I agree. I think he should have stayed another year as well.

To a point I think. Still a huge red flag to go along with his mental limitations.
Look like Garoppolo has a nice arm.
