White guy running a 4.3? I've seen it all haha.
Broncos looking hard at Janis.
Quote:Logan Thomas is a freak. He'll go too high, but I'd love him with one of the 4ths. Easily the best developmental QB in the draft.
Are you in agreement with me that he'd be much better off switching to TE in the NFL, or do you think he'll actually make it as QB somewhere?

Matt Jones ran a 4.3 as a 6'6" 235 lbs white qb from Arkansas.

I would disagree. Players that make the switch usually end up doing so because they lack the tools and skills needed to play QB. Thomas has all of the tools and skills needed, he just needs refinement and development. He is the ideal developmental QB in this year's draft.
Moncrief with a 4.40 unofficial on his first run.

Quote:These wide receivers are fast! Must be the shoes. Evans a 4.5 and he was mad about it.

It is called running in a straight line on a flat dry floor wearing only a tank top, shorts, underwear, and sneakers. That is why the 40-yard dash is overrated: they are not doing what they do in games.

Or they're just fast too.
Can't wait to watch Watkins.

Umm, it's tough honestly. With those tools I would draft and give him a year to show signs that he can be an NFL QB. If he does you have elite QB potential on your hands. If he doesn't then I'd switch him to TE after that first season.
Norwood just ran a 4.39 wow. He was also Gus' favorite SR bowl WR. Would be an excellent 3rd day pickup for us.

I was surprised at Marquise Lee's time. 4.50 in his first run. He's a track guy too.

He's underrated. Everytime I watched Bama he stood out and made some big plays. We should wait until day 3 to take a receiver. This class is deep

If that time sticks he's going to automatically move up a minimum of one round.
I rather pick Brian Cooks in the 2nd the Watkins in at 3

Here he comes.

The same Brandin Cooks that will be long gone by 39?
Quote:The whole size argument is weird.

Are you telling me that Peyton Manning would be a bad QB if he was three inches shorter? Come on now.

Peyton Manning is 6-5, so three inches shorter would be as tall as Teddy Bridgewater. Weight is the concern with Bridgewater, not his height.
Sammy just locked up his top 5 draft stock.

Ok same deal. If Manning was fifteen pounds lighter, would he be any worse of a QB? Of course not.
