The Practice Squad Route is the path Logan Thomas took at a much younger age, when attempting the conversion from QB to TE.

Not a fan of Project Tebow, but I am even less a fan of the negativity this potential signing has generated. Frankly, I could care less what CK says or does. He's turned his platform into cash; it's all about $$$.
We have come full circle with Tebow. Now, the anti-Tebow crew is more annoying than the pro Tebow crew.

If he turned out to be a good TE.. that would be fun.. but I really doubt it. I think in reality he will be signed as T.E but get QB wildcat formations from time to time like Taysom Hill. Who was also listed at T.E and i'm shocked no one has made that comp yet.

More than likely. Just think weve handled this whole thing poorly. Let it drag out for weeks, if we want to 'give him a shot' why not make him PROVE he deserves that shot between now and camps starting (he lives next door to Urban) and then see what he has but this dragged out story, with comments here and there in the dead of Offseason and nothing else to talk about (or maybe Lawrence) just makes us look that same old laughing stock Jags.

If he can play the position then so be it. But this smells of another distraction that they said they would steer away from. He’s never played TE so that’s the weird part for everyone to wrap their minds around. And he’s past his prime age wise. I get it’s just a year. But Meyer is playing college ball with his decisions. This ain’t college…. I hope he’s good. If not, some of our players might lose faith in this staff already….

Because they aren't anywhere close to similar. Hill is a far better player (and he's really not even that good to begin with). Hill plays fast, Tebow doesn't. Hill ran 4.4 at 230lbs. Tebow ran 4.72 at 236lbs. Hill has a better arm and he's far more explosive.
Tebow legit looked scared to catch then only pass thrown to him. He ducked as if a loud boom went off at the stadium.
Imagine being 33 or 34 years old and you’re on the practice squad trying to “get better everyday”

Guys, everyone needs to take a chill pill. Either Tebow stinks and he is instant camp fodder or he surprises and can be helpful in some way. Likely the former, but I would love to be proven wrong.
