He is PART of the problem. Everyone, including myself, had been making excuses rightfully for him - but how much longer do we need to see that if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like one that maybe it might just be a damn duck...?
My point with Trevor, as it has been for the last 2 years, the O is all him. If Trevor doesn't do it then it doesn't happen. Run game giving nothing, drops, penalties, D giving up TD's every drive yet it's all on Trevor to overcome it. It was a bad pass, he's better than that but it's all on Trevor to overcome all these obstacles.
We don't have a team that plays to his strengths, its all on Trevor to carry those and beat the opposition. There's no QB who comes in and suddenly everything clicks.

Well the bright side is that we will get a high draft pick Trent can waste.

Baalke isn't the one that is regressing every player on the roster.
I'm not saying we should keep Baalke. But he's not the main problem. Fire Baalke, fine. But you don't let this coaching staff keep on for another year.
