They are definitely a good team this year.
They developed a bunch of guys to allow them to let all the older, pricier named guys go during the off season.
Issue will be injuries for them. Has kind of bit them in the a** the past few years at the wrong positions.
I thought them losing Milano was going to be a big loss bit they've found a way to work around it. Got to give McDermott credit for the job he's done there.

Help is not on the way this year. We clearly are just going to be running our heads into a wall for the rest of the season unless coaches are fired.
You do realize that even great offensive minded coaches can only "mask" so much of QBs weaknesses but never truly do anything special like win a SB right?
Sure if we had an upgraded HC, Lawrence would be better. But how much better? To win a SB? Doubtful.
Guys like Darnold & Geno are thriving but its not only because of HCs but because they've worked hard on their game as well.

I think Trevor can win a ring. I really do.
But he needs competence to do it. He's not great enough to carry an entire franchise like Brady did. But you put an honest to god coaching staff with a competent GM? Yeah, do think Trevor is good enough. He's not HOF worthy. But in 2022, he proved he can make [BLEEP] happen.
To me, it's always been that Pederson decided to let off his control of the Offense in 2023 and he lost the entire character of this team. And, instead of changing things in 2024, he doubled down on what he was doing in 2023 instead of going back to what worked in 2022.
This team has no identity. And that should be coming from the HC. Our HC decided to just rest on his laurels after 2022. And he's completely lost the team. It's obvious that this team has no clue what type of identity they have.
