This is the problem. It always falls on the QB. The media will blame Trevor and while he shouldn't avoid criticism, the other people who deserve it won't get it. All were doing is slowly pushing Trevor away.

Nobody rooted for his failure.  What kind of asinine comment is this.

The Jaguars have committed malpractice when it comes to this QB.  Saddling him with Urban and then refusing to actually fix the OL has completely hindered his development.

That said, Trevor sees ghosts.  He sacks himself.  He throws into double coverage and he sails passes all the time.  He is now a problem just like everything else on this team, and it's a problem we're now paying 55 million a year for.

This team is set back for the next several years.

Nobody? Quite a few posters jumped ship in him in his rookie year. There’s one in this very thread. Another one was banned. Don’t gaslight me on this.

It's not like Trevor is smart enough to call his own plays. The guy can barely read defenses.....

He's been good in uptempo offense. I think this forcing the deep passes has ruined him. He's waiting for 1 WR to come open way to long and not making quick decisions anymore. Coaching is a huge problem.

Trevor will be good, but not untill we fire Doug and this coaching staff and bring in a real HC that knows how to run an NFL offense

When I first made these arguments, I made them and said TL must overcome these limitations or he’s gone-ski.  I was accused of being a troll who just wanted him to fail.  Au contraire, I wanted him to succeed and overcome these shortcomings.  But the mouth-breathers here can’t handle constructive insight, apparently, so I embraced the troll.  May as well go with what the audience demands, right?

Now I’m just dropping in for the gloat.

You think another team wouldn't pay him that? You think he enjoys getting blasted numerous times a game then told how much he sucks? He's trying to be a part of the team that turns us into a winner but people are happy to lay all the teams problems on him.

QB makes the most money and is one of if not the most important position in the league.

The guy that we just paid to be our future has only managed to put seven points on the board throughout the whole game....
