Okay. Assume the very worst. Assume Ramsey is out an entire season. You've still got Malick Jackson, Jack, Gipson. You've got Telvin Smith. You've got Dante Fowler and Marks coming back.

This defense has reached the point where the loss of one player isn't going to sink it.

That's not me. I actually get up and exercise, workout, instead of watching sports on tv or sit on the computer all day long reading/talking sports like a loser.
If next year's first-round draft pick trips and blows his knee on the way up to the podium, is it too late to trade down?

Seriously - I thought I exorcised these demons..  I believed..    no..  this is good.  Think of the karma we are now owed.

The good news is - we can get along without him for now.  Jalen's gonna give back 10x the bad waves rollin' in on our shores since yesterday.  Dante Fowler's gonna be twice as good as we hoped.  Myles' knees are gonna be a thing of beauty to watch flex, bend, and sack!

Tashaun, Malik ..   We'll be fine while he powders his nose for a while.

this is a good thing..  get it out of the way early.  It'll give him more time in the classroom learning..

Haven't read through the topic, so not sure if it has been mentioned, but saw that he had micro-fracture surgery in college??

Technically, as a sophomore in high school. But yes, there's a history there.

That would definitely explain Blackmons urge to drink all booze within sight. then start sucking down Lysol after the booze was gone.
Looking on the bright side of things, it could be worse.  Hopefully it's no more than a few months, but at least it didn't happen to Robinson or Bortles or something.

My understanding of microfracture surgery is that it is only a temporary solution to the loss of knee cartilage. This is because the new cartilage created is a weaker type of cartilage than the original knee cartilage.

If he had microfracture six or seven years ago, it's possible that the weaker cartilage in his knee is beginning to break down now.

Edit*: All my information is gleaned from the internet, so take my medical opinion with a bucket of salt.
That fat ball of goo Jamie Dukes just blamed it on the St. Johns River being polluted. That fat ball of crap hates this city and team. I hope his fat encrusted heart explodes.

Couple hot shots: 1) It must be the dirty water of the St. Johns river...

If so, I'm suprised this wasn't caught during the scouting process.

Dr. Kevin Murphy was on 1010XL this morning, and he was saying in a worst case scenario, Ramsey's injury should only have him out 3 months.

Jags are drafting a surgeon 1st round of next years draft.
