I assure you it wasn't me, but I'll be danged if many of his thoughts didn't echo my own when I heard the news.  I know I'm not alone in that, either.

Sub question:  Which guy did youtube fan angst best?  This guy, the Cleveland Factory of Sadness guy, or the profane Eagles fan?

Seriously, I woke up this morning thinking I dreamt the whole thing.

Then, realized, no this is the reality of being a jaguar fan.

We all have chosen this Sisyphus-ian existence. So gird your loins, men. Now is not the time for timid fears, pillars of salt await the weak that look back and question their fandom now as we approach the gates of Hades.

Well said, though to borrow a bit from Sam Kinison, Jaguars fans could be tour guides in Hades!

Reminds me of that video..well they do draft well... season after season of disappointments
Quote:Nah Bro, I workout and exercise. I don't have a fat face, triple chin, turkey neck. I'm not one of those sports nerds that watch shows like the NFL network top 100.
Since when is it wrong to relax and watch NFL Network?
Or listen to the NFL Network radio broadcast for that matter?

You can workout while watching NFL Network too just saying..

I like the nfln as much as the next guy...but that top 100 show is kind ridiculous..

I watched a few minutes of it, and the way that each player is discussed, you'd think they're all hof players... it's a hype fest... there's another word for it, but I think it'll get me a warning so I won't say it.

I like the list, I just don't want all that back slaps and rear end kissing... just show me the list...

That is all
Quote:Jalen Ramsey, Myles Jack and who would be injury #3 Blake Bortles for not improving the Oline at all during the offseason?

We didn't improve the OL at all?
I find it entertaining in that other players rank their peers in number order of importance, and the short videos (while incredibly over hyped) are still fun to watch.

I think they let too many players into the HOF & some that are let into the HOF are good players that simply were on winning franchises of major cities & probably wouldn't have made it if they were say in Jacksonville... IMO

I mean Kelvin Beachum was signed to compete / take Luke's job at LT but he's injured & only slightly better than Luke IMO

Oh admit it... you love the back slaps and rear end kissing...

In a way what you described reminds me of the release of the NFL Schedule show in April.   At least until I get the pertinent information,  none of the bells and whistles are of interest.
Adam Schefter reported that the Jaguars do not feel that it is a serious injury (Jalen Ramsey meniscus tear), and Jaguars believe he will be ready for Week 1 against the Green Bay Packers.

Fingers crossed...

Or football in general.
Quote:I thought he was you but he wasnt in a wheelchair so nevermind.
Wow really? How are you not banned yet?

He doesn't even watch football bro. Lol.
Is it just me who doesn't care because it's not serious? Dude will play this season, most likely game 1.. Blessing in disguise to me. He needs to rest it up anyway.

It's not that I don't care but it's being blown way out of proportion by the "sky is falling" crowd on here.
This afternoon in the 5:00 hour, Frangie interviewed Dr. Steven Lucie, former Jaguars team doctor, and asked him about Jalen Ramsey's injury.  He contradicted Dr. Kevin Murphy's statement of earlier this morning, and said the worst case scenario is a 4-6 month recovery time.  He also said longer term, the repair-the 4-6 month recovery time, might be better for Ramsey.

Based on what I am hearing, most of those meniscus injuries are on the shorter end of the recovery scale, but there is still a significant chance of a longer recovery.

Not out of the woods yet.

Considering how valuable Jalen Ramsey is for the Jaguars long term future,   I think it's safe to assume that the organization will smartly err on the cautious side.  This compared to looking for a shortcut that could put Ramsey at much higher risk for future problems with the knee.
