Sad this is his top highlight from his rookie season. Hopefully he puts up more fight on the field than his baby's mama.

Conjecture is a blast! Specifically when it involves passing judgement based on nothing!

Should I go through this thread and bring up the things where you over exaggerated or simply made things up in our discussion to try to further your point in our discussion?
Quote:I am really confused by the uproar.

The team and probably the league has already had a talk with him. He wont even face scrutiny from the league which goes to show just how minor this is.

This is the downfall of social media and the internet. People panicking over the smallest things unnecessary.

If this was some scrub no name PS player it wouldnt have even garner a blurb.
Not to mention this happened on what,  Feb 2? Almost three weeks ago. Ridiculous.

Sure, okay.
Quote:I think the gap between the "description" of the video and what we can actually see are... creative at best.

Doesn't look like the best use of judgement but I'll abstain from condemning the man before more info comes out.

I think a lot of people are connecting the dots that they would like to see connected on this.
Yup

Quote:We are sitting here comparing him to Ray Rice and how its is the same thing. or Justin Blackmon. Cmon he did the logical thing, stay out of it, dont get arrested, dont get hurt, dont get suspended. He did the thing that was the safest for him nothing. He didnt punch a woman or drive drunk 10 times.
Grab his gf, get on the elevator and leave. Thats the "logical" thing. And that point should be double for anyone who is in the NFL so something like EXACTLY what is happening....doesn't happen.

First instinct when a fight starts is to immediatly get out of the way from getting hit and then intervene. Which he did, its called instincts. Fight or Flight, he fleed and then broke it up.

Yes, im sure the 6'3" 270lb DE first thought was to run when 2 90lb women started fighting.

Ohhhhhh here's the thread guys! Obviously he was there when this all went down!

Have you seen the dude, he is all smiles and has that Gus Bradley happy go lucky attitude. And he did just that stepped back. I didnt mean run as in run out the doors screaming in fear. He doesnt seem like the guy that is going to join a fight and he isnt based on this video as I am sure he tried to stop it verbally. The dude is like the nicest guy ever outside the football field. Just cause he is big and plays football doesnt mean he is ready to go Hulk Smash everyone in his way. He doesnt want a fight or get in a fight.
I finally watched the video.

What I did see. I saw a guy who was not involved in violence. I saw body gestures that appear to resemble him pleading with the others. I see him him raise his hand "slightly" which looked like a motion of disgust and resignation to the situation.

What I didn't see was the "Gentlemen start your engines!!!" motion and arm raising that so many are depicting this thing as. Also what I didn't see are any acts of violence, provocation, or criminal activity.

Without sound, nobody knows what was going on there. What I see is sensationalism trying to make more out of something than needs to be.

It is fun to watch the usual suspects cream their jeans over the prospect of something bad happening to a member of this franchise. I have never seen a real fan take so much interest, and have so much glee and happiness over negativity involving this franchise. Fan? I don't think so.

Yawn...offseason drama. Dante did nothing wrong yet he's being lumped with potheads and cokeheads by some on here.

We are cursed as a franchise

As soon as the combine starts this will be done and gone. Its as Big Cat Country posted Much Ado About Nothing.

Yes, because grabbing her is a good idea when she wants to fight.   He should have FORCED her into the elevator.  Why?  Because he's a man?  Really?  I'd never force my wife to do anything.  I might ask her to leave with me, but I'd never tell her "We're leaving."

You want a guaranteed ticket to a butt whoopin'? Tell a woman you aren't going to allow her to do something.

Which one was she again?
So some people on this board are ready to watch their mother/wife/girlfriend/daughter fighting with another woman, standing there and doing absolutly nothing.

OK...................................................
