Is Fowler the next (dare we say the "B" word) after just one practice? Did a top ten pick become just another guy this afternoon?

Once they wreck those knees there are no guarantees and it's scary for the future, is Fowler going to repeat another Florida SEC beast, Dominique Easley, a lot of talent derailed by bad knees? I Hope not, but for players like Easley, Clowney, Fowler, the burst is everything and once they lose it it's hard to get back. Maybe these SEC lineman take too much college punishment and when pro time comes they are ready to break. Or just plain bad luck, but it's a bit much.

This really sucks.

Well, that didn't take long.

This year was all about seeing if the offense can be functional anyway. Yeah losing Fowler sucks, but the defense should still be decent.

We should just stop drafting in the first round altogether.

I don't doubt it one bit. Guys with his mind set and attitude can accomplish whatever they set their minds to.

Everyone at work today said the Jags are cursed... I'm starting to believe it.

Just got back to civilization.  This sucks!  Is it time to talk about moving the stadium?  This location is jinxed, must be built on an old Seminole burial ground or something.

Numb to 1st round disappointment by now.


Our two best 1st rounders in the 13 years since Coughlin selected John Henderson in his final draft are Marcedes Lewis and Tyson Alualu. Let that sink in... No other player has even made it to a second contract with the team to my recollection.

I'd rank the 4 years of Monroe over the 6 years or whatever of Alualu.
