He wants out because of Coughlin , not coaching

Yup, Coughlin is trash.

I'd bet Ngakoue is as good as gone as well. Who would want to deal with some outdated stubborn clown who doesn't have a clue what he's doing.
So wait, in his words disrespectful things were said from the organization to him when? After the game or from a previous time like during the off-season?

“Disrespectful things” were said to him. Bless his little heart.

Coughlin may have went senile. Time to take the old boy out to pasture.

Sounds like he had a meeting with Tom, whether formal or informal I dunno
Y’all have lost your collective minds. The old man chews him out and he’s offended. He can’t take it. What a little girl.

And y’all side with the entitled [BLEEP] baby.

*smh*

Watch it. If the team gets behind he’s going to quit again.

I'm with the boomers on this one. Yeah, the FO sucks, but hes acting like a total baby and there are WAY better ways to handle this. Guarantee hes not going to a perennial winner. I give him a year before hes whining about their FO and demanding out.

Do you know any other GM who is openly beefing with players on the team?

Its totally not needed for a guy like Coughlin to be calling out players and mouthing off at them but he's stubborn as a mule and can't stop
I'm 30 and also gonna side with the boomers. Theres ways to go about things. Being a whiny little girl isn't one of them. I honestly just dont like the guy. Hes a cocky, arrogant, douche. I'm done with him and ready to move on. I hope they can squeeze a good deal for him though.

Wirh that said, Coughlin also needs to go. I dont want him scaring other players away from wanting to stay or come here because he doesnt know how to stay in his lane.

Dude, this is arguably the worst FO in the league, and has been for a very long time.. If he made it here as long as he did, a team like Cleveland or Oakland would be a snap for him..

I'm totally fine if people don't agree with how Ramsey's gone about it, he's a bit too much of a diva for me too but he's so good I don't care.

Just as long as everyone understands the front offices role in all of this

At this point, does it even matter? The relationship is severed, that's obvious. We as fans, just have to deal with the fallout. We have no control over anything. All we can do is hope we get good compensation for Ramsey and hope Khan realizes that he needs to clean house in the front office and coaching staff.

With how this franchise is run, neither of those will probably happened.

We'll get peanuts for Ramsey and be stuck with this staff/front office for at least another 2 years.
Are y'all gonna burn your Jalen Ramsey jerseys?

Ravens are the destination.

Heard it’s Hayden Hurst plus a 1st and 3rd this year. Then 2nd and 3rd next year

Yeah I'm expecting a sub par trade AND Tom to stay on
Tony and Shad made a $1 bet, Trading Places style to see if they could make fans long for Gene Smith again.
Coughlin needs to go. The game has changed and he has been left behind. Like drafting...He sucks.
How does he get into it on the sidelines with the head coach for the whole world to see and honestly expect nothing to be said to him? I mean does that really mean you're "just old" to expect some form of accountability in that situation? Idk, maybe if I had millions I would feel above my bosses too.
