I think I took 2 days off but that was 20 years ago. Seems different these days and it's extremely difficult to questions a man's decisions in regards to his family.
Millennials are soft. The entire "we're pregnant" thing is way over the top. I took a day off after kid #2 and that was to go to the doctors and get snipped.

Right on cue.
I'm fairly certain that was tongue in cheek... though I could be wrong.

I watch Portlandia. I know what I'm talking about. I can see it 1st hand right on cable TV
I’ll try to meditate. Maybe millennials are soft because they have daddy issues because daddy wasn’t there at birth. Jk
I have no issues with dads taking time for the birth and such. But I’m not sure you need a freaking month. I was lucky. My daughter was born during my slow time we’re I work every other week. I had one week at home. Had it happened in summer, I’d been at work the next day.
Wonder how many people out wish their bosses showed them more respect, but don’t get paid millions and can’t quit because they have bills to pay and a family to support.

I did everything for my kids. I worked long hours, had the best nannies, always took them to summer camp, and was even able to send them overseas for extended periods of time. What more could a parent possibly do for their millennial child. (
sarcasm)

Well, did you buy them a house and cash in your 401K so they can stay home at their own place and watch cat videos all day? Geez. Some parents just don’t give a damn.

Yeah, I bet you would sacrifice all of that for a little respect from your boss. I think that is what Ramsey is saying here. #Respect

But our bosses don't say stuff (stuff that has yet to be confirmed or denied; we don't know what was said and we shouldn't assume) that could either cause an [BLEEP] whoopin' or a trip to HR/Employee Relations.
I don't condone some of the stuff Ramsey did or said in the past, but we can't just say because he makes millions he should just shut up and deal with it. Shut up and deal is another way to denigrate someone and if you or anyone else goes about life like that, then you're not defending yourself like you should. I'll tell you right now, my boss ain't gonna say any kind of [BLEEP] to me that's disrespectful or we are going to have problems....
As for Ramsey, I'll say it again, we cannot just get rid of talent just because. He may want out and he may just be a little too sensitive. He may be completely justified for his request. We have no idea what has transpired behind the gates and what was said. I just know he's a talent we can't just throw away without trying to fix it. I don't like how he's played this week; even though I believe he was sick and stuff. The timing of everything just seems weird.
But our front office started this by prioritizing BB and others; while letting go of others or not prioritizing those that we should. We're better with him, that's all I know. I'm not sure we can legitimately say we're better with TC than without him; Caldwell included. I'm going to leave the character judgements to someone or something more qualified than myself and stick to football. We're better with Ramsey. It's as simple as that.......
The NFL is a totally different Animal. We can set aside a lot of the “norms” in society. I see both sides of this. But the underlying issue Ramsey is out. Not gonna be here. He gone. Adios.
Welp Khan finally decided to stop being an absentee owner when it was too little too late. Ramsey doesn't care about the money, he's tired of playing for an organization that promotes losing. Time to make a complete change in the front office moving forward. We're still losing Ramsey and that's a sad state of affairs.

Did you really think this would end with the Jags keeping both parties??? Both will be gone. The writing was on the wall.

Please go be another team’s fan. I’m tired of reading your dreck, troll.
