Stupid Panthers.  I was perfectly happy immersing myself in baseball until training camp.  Now, I am all jacked up about football.

I completely agree with you there. Cornerback isn't the weakness that some think it is around here, but if we have the opportunity to add someone like him to our roster, I wouldn't balk at the chance.

Maybe Dave has a secret DW - Defensive Weapon - that he plans on drafting that can solve all problems on defense. Smh

We signed a CB to a 1 year deal that is all 

Do people not remember last year we were trotting out Nick Marshall and Payton Thompson at the end of the year? And Colvin is gone for 4 games 

 

CB is a pretty big need, I def wanted to draft one in the 1st or 2nd round, get Norman, and we can go LB (Jack) and DE pass rusher, or Bosa and Otto LB or C in the 1st and 2nd round

Getting Norman opens up the draft quite a bit. I think ppl are downplaying the need of CB, I've been saying rounds 2-3 would be the place to draft one. There's a good to elite CB available for the sole reason that he wants a lot of money. Go sign him!

If we're not top of the list in interest, then Dave is satisfied.  Reading tweets, thats how it looks so i'm over it.

My completely uneducated guess would say deal is done by Monday latest.

8 to 9 teams. Only 4 specific teams mentioned. Doesn't mean Jaguars aren't one of the teams

@jasoncole At least 8 teams have expressed interest in ex-#Panthers CB Josh Norman. Among those are #Bucs, #Dolphins, #49ers, #Rams and #Bears.
