If he goes to the 49ers it would def be a Vernon situation where he just wanted to go to that city, no state taxes we can give him more money the 49ers, plus 49ers are a mess, at least the Giants have good players when Vernon picked them over us.
Giants have ODB so don't know if they'd sign him. Bears maybe? 49ers? Don't know if Chip would like him. Chargers perhaps?
