This game was a microcosm of exactly why Teddy shouldn't go back to Louisville next season.

Quote:No, running into the kicker is touching him or bumping him, not tackling him.
pretty sure he ran into him, that wasnt a tackle

I am pretty sure when Bridge is on the sidelines, he is remembering why he wouldnt come back.

He is a classy kid, he wont give any indications where he will go until the end of the season

The playcalling is just so bad.

What?!?! I'm shocked! :woot:
Quote:He looks thin. Doesn't make him a lesser QB but it is a concern.

you can't convince Vangrant that he's thinner than what you prefer

if there's any concern IMO, that's it, but I'd still take him #1
I don't really care that Teddy and Johnny are thin, but I do care that Teddy protects himself as much as possible while Johnny is lowering his head into linebackers.

As we saw with EJ Manuel's injury, it doesn't really matter how big and strong a QB you are, NFL defenders are bigger and stronger than you and you will get hurt if you don't protect yourself.

good points
I wonder if Teddy has been watching the Jags games.

They finally put the Houston game up. He makes a couple of really nice throws and does a very solid overall job of leading the offense.

I count two poor throws in there -- a Gabbert-esque pass at 6:08 where he uncharacteristically heard footsteps, and a screen he threw about a yard too far in front of his target. It really is incredible how flawlessly he runs his offense and how far Louisville's offensive line has fallen off over the last calendar year.

Three. There was that one he threw to the middle that was nearly picked off by underneath coverage. But it was clear that their OL was struggling in that game.
Quote:Do you just ignore the Gabbert fanboy posts now? Or the Manziel posts? Or Bortles posts?

Or the Geno smith fanboys? Lol
