Quote:The only people who don't want Teddy, have a second agenda. They want some other piece of trash QB that they like.
Remember the people here who wanted Glennon or Tyler Bray. Lol awful. We need to expand this fan base so we can get more knowledgable Football fans.

Comprehension of what reading? That wasn't directly in response to anyone.

But that's because you want some other trash QB. Don't pretend like it's not.

I feel like you are too young to be having these grownup discussions.
Quote:Why are you throwing a red herring to get me off the point? My point was that level of competition matters when evaluating prospects.
Answer this question. Do you think Alabama/Ohio State would be better or worse with Teddy Bridgewater as QB? Those SEC teams that face better competition also generally have better teams because they have easier/better recruiting. As good as DeVante/Eli/Copeland are there is no way you can say Teddy isn't the reason they play the way they do.
This isn't a Geno > Tavon Austin situation.
Dalton is just Ponder on a loaded team. No way he is in the conversation with Cam.
That game against Rutgers was one of his best. He didn't even play until the second quarter because he was injured and he came into the game when they were down 14-3 at Rutgers. He ended up leading the team to victory and it was a thing of beauty.
Clowney is a good pick obviously. But the QB is the most important player on the team and Teddy is a franchise guy that we NEED.
Quote:Andy Dalton is a product of an elite defense and AJ green; he struggles mightily against competent defenses. His noodle arm caps the Bengals potential on the offensive side of the ball, he is a game manager, and is definitely not the "gem" of that QB class.
Andy Dalton is just another Matt Schaub. Pretty good QB but just not enough to win a Superbowl.
Bridgewater is easily going to be better than Dalton and Schaub. Easily.

For a radio interview? If it was a post game presser that would be another story.

You must be the most ignorant person on the face of the Earth if you think any Jaguar fan wants a "trash QB."

You want the "average" QB and the stud DE.
The smart fans want the superstar QB!
