I find it oddly satisfying seeing them here feeling the need to defend that atrocity of officiating that occurred. They know what everyone knows.

And don't you just love how they expect us to immediately gush over the wonderfulness of the Pats and we should all admit they won fair and square.

You forgot the part about how their team is so disciplined that they never committed an offensive or defensive penalty the entrie game. While the jags can blame only "undisciplined" players for the loss.
Quote:During Sunday’s AFC Championship Game, which New England won 24-20 over the Jaguars, the Patriots were called for one penalty.
That was the fewest penalties called on one team in a playoff game since the 2011 AFC Championship Game ... when New England was penalized just once in its victory over the Ravens.

Read note 1.

Church led with his shoulder and everything that happens after is incidental. Conventional tackles aren’t dependent on if he’s still in the air. Now you’re bending the rules to fit your argument.

Edit: He wasn’t in the air, either.

Note 1 refers to a conventional tackle, hits on defenseless receivers are not conventional, hence the fact the have an entire section called "Players in a defenseless posture".

Uhh no. A conventional tackle is the only legal way to tackle a receiver when the ball gets there. Just because a receiver is defenseless doesn’t mean you get out of their way,

I love how they got dominated for 3 quaters by a  better team and they think they dominated the whole game.

Exactly, go back and watch the first half, we bossed them. They had a good opening drive which we held to 7 and then we took over. Even Brady going to Gronk 3 times in a row getting them nothing.

We left some plays out there but we were also really hindered in our ability to sustain drives.

Bortles had more yards than Brady!
The new line is that we should be more disciplined. As if allowing an NFL-low in interference penalties isn’t disciplined enough, they expect us to believe that our two All-Pro corners conveniently commit almost half of their yearly total in just one game.

There will always be missed calls on both sides, but when the missed calls never fall in favor of one team while the other team is practically gifts a touchdown and continued drives then there’s a problem. There’s a reason almost every one thinks this was a horribly officiate game. Pats fans honestly believe every one else is just a bunch of haters.

Ridiculous

They had a good first half. In fact the best they've ever had.

You should stop posting that. Makes you look stupid to people that have watched this team turn in many better halves than that.

He's a very supportive teammate.
The Jags were the better team and even with the conservative play calling in the 2nd half, the Jags played the better game. The Pats needed every break, every call, and every non-call in a rigged game and still barely won.

The Falcons said the same thing last Superbowl, yet they lost too.

No one is claiming we dominated your team, your team did an amazing job stifling the Pats, as they should with this defense and Gronk going down. This game is played for 60 minutes, not 45, fortunately.

No, its called having Tom Brady. I still can't believe you guys are in disbelief after last year's super bowl. if we can come back 28-3, 20-10 was nothing, even against this "amazing" defense. Add your team to the list of teams that hate Brady now.... its a long list. Trust me.

Your whining and tears make you look foolish.  The Refs didn't cost you that game....holding, PI, delay of game (after a TO, no less), an assortment of dopey decisions and the New England Patriots collectively, cost you that game.

It never ceases to amaze me how team after team seems to go brain-dead playing NE and forgets the most obvious things.....like, the game is 60 minutes long!

BINGO! Blame the Jags.
Lol. Pats fans are sore winners. Buffalo went away after the loss and those that showed up afterwards were pretty cool. Steelers fans didn’t even seem to bother coming on the board. Pats fans come back to pound their chests. Me thinks part of it is their dynasty, their GOAT, their GOAT head coach and their refs came soooo close to losing to the crappy ole Jags. I’m sure that hurt your pride a little. Anyways. Shouldn’t you be ‘on to Philadelphia’ ?

In other words, if it were rigged the Vikings would have won.

Geez '02, let me think about that one.
Maybe the rigging machine overheated?

HaHa....truly priceless!   Keep comforting yourself with that nonsense.

You don't seem to grasp the fact that any of the "conservative play calling" you allude to was the Jags' decision.  Not the Pats, and surely not the Officials!

BTW....your team, like the Falcons before them in last years SB, should now realize that grabbing, holding and mugging a receiver in order to neutralize their superior play, is simply NOT a good game plan!   Jags did this all day and the refs called them for it a few times.  Don't blame the officials for doing their job occasionally!

Jalen and your other corner should watch the game film, paying attention to Gilmore to see how penalty-free coverage is actually done.
