Have you read the rules? incidental contact is legal. 

It's the crown-to-helmet hits that are illegal regardless of intent. Because Church led with his shoulder, and Gronk lowered into him, it's an incidental contact between helmets. As long as it's a conventional tackle (it was) then incidental contact can happen. 

Maybe you should be certain of the rules before you decide to be condescending.

Incidental helmet to helmet contact is not legal on a receiver making a catch and hasn't been for years. This gets explained repeatedly every single season on every single play where there is helmet to helmet contact and still there are people like those in this thread who do not get it. And to add: it's not a conventional tackle, Gronkowski was still in the air and he was still a defenseless receiver, they're going to throw that flag every single time.

If the NFL is going to rig their contests, they need to get their writers from the WWE. They're better at it.

I'd love to see a replay of that Dion Lewis run. I'm pretty sure there was a blatant hold that got him the edge.

There was a big holding on Telvin Smith on the 3rd down run that sealed the game as well, there's a clear pic of it on twitter.

We could have played better in the 4th quarter and could control the game but some calls and especially NE oline not getting called anything against them proved costly as well. In a game some of those calls/non calls were a backbreaker as much as some of our mistakes.

Not anymore. That was a good call IMO. The PI on Bouye, much more questionable, especially considering Cook was going after him too. The Myles Jack 'down' call was the worst tho, even that was questionable. But still it wasn't the officials fault we did absolutely nothing with that turnover. The Pats adjusted to our offense after the half, and basically shut us down.

Those do get missed sometimes tho, like when we had the big Garrard run against Steelers. It was a less obvious hold for us tho.

The game was won when Lewis fumbled. Did Jags get a lot of holding calls? One that was clear as day. I think the first PI to cooks for questionable but that was right after the Gronk play. Probably best to not have your hands on a WR 30 yards from scrimmage. As for the helmet call and the other PI? Those get called every single time. If you think you lost because of the refs then you are a fool.

The PI call on Buoye the receiver was already out of bounds before significant contact was made, wouldn't have been a legal catch anyway

Read note 1. 

Church led with his shoulder and everything that happens after is incidental. Conventional tackles aren’t dependent on if he’s still in the air. Now you’re bending the rules to fit your argument.

Edit: He wasn’t in the air, either.

Come on Julian Assamge stop releasing info on the US government and give us the stuff we want to see. Proof that the NFL rigs the playoffs. Or at least tries to. Confirm our suspicions

Say what you want but officiating 100% played a major factor in how the game was decided. It shouldn't but it did.

And the receiver had his hands on Buoye just as much as vice versa.

They need to start making Patriots Zebra Pattern jerseys. With a Dunkin Donuts sponsor logo, like those AC Milan and Atletico soccer jerseys

Remember the nfl is under no legal obligation to have a fair game

Khan is making them money. He’ll figure out how to get us a couple in the next few year

This... Somebody needs to put a video package of those plays together... Multiple offensive holding calls and defensive PI calls on the pats not called...

Note 1 refers to a conventional tackle, hits on defenseless receivers are not conventional, hence the fact the have an entire section called "Players in a defenseless posture".
