Ya, it sucks knowing there were some bad calls.
But we still had our shot and didn’t pull out the victory.
This game will hurt for a long time.

^This...
This is the most disgusted I’ve been with the NFL and it seems to get worse each year.
What does this teach me to communicate to my son?
“Son, life’s not fair, oh well, suck it up.” How would that make sense in this situation?
Or...
“Son, this is what failing to lead and do the right thing looks like...this is what it looks like when leaders don’t have courage and instead of right and wrong being simple, corruption reigns.”
That’s sad that a game played by men and loved by men lacks the integrity and character men should have.
While the refs were bad, we lost that game independent of them.
No need to blame the refs for the loss. We lost the big moments and in the end we deserved to lose.
The PI call was awful but I've seen it happen quite often. In fact on a few of our own plays we could have easily had more PI calls.
Time to move on. We lost that on our own. Not a conspiracy.
It’s over and done. Time to start looking forward to next season… and rooting for the Eagles in twelve days.

3 out of the 6 were pre snap dumb mistakes.
1 helmet to helmet - it is what it is they called it all year
2 PI they are subjective
Did you even click the link dude?
Which one of those non-calls would you like to dispute?
The defensive hold on Lewis in the 4th quarter that would have sustained a Jags drive where the jersey is being pulled right in front of the ref?
The punch to the face your LT got away with on the first Amendola TD?
Your G tripping defenders when he gets beat?
Did you even click the link or are you just trolling?
Zero penalties called on offense or defense. Great coaching, right? If the Jags had the kind of calls New England got, your team would have lost by three scores.

sorry bro my team went 0-16 so take your crap elsewhere. just trying to help you out so your fanbase doesnt sound like a bunch of crybaby's. yea maybe the calls didnt go your way. guess who never gets any calls my team the browns but thats given.
if your on top you get calls jordan, 70's steelers, lebron, patriots , steelers, 90's cowboys.
you know how you beat the patriots you get your "sacksonville" and you beat him up all game long. his last 4 playoff losses 2 denver 2 balt they beat the crap out of him all game long as they were getting held and they didnt get the majority of the calls.
I will go to my grave feeling like we are in the Super Bowl if these refs called the game evenly.
The narrative Belichick is this amazing coach who has disciplined teams that avoid penalties is rubbish.
This is NBA level [BLEEP]. The star gets literally ALL the calls. The only way to beat New England is to do it in a manner which removes the refs from the equation. Because you can not win otherwise.
I feel so naive. I have never experienced the type of things first hand other fan bases have been calling out for years. Instead, I am told to swallow the storyline New England played penalty free football on offense and defense. It is just not true. You cannot miss over a dozen penalties and call that garbage PI and maintain the illusion you are being an impartial ref. Especially when you are celebrating with the Pats.
The whole mystique and the "greatness" of the Patriots has been permanently stained for me.
I forgot how melo-dramatic you are Kotite.

Perfectly said. Kudos

I just posted a link with 10 non-calls to go along with the glaring calls/non-calls we have been discussing since Sunday afternoon.
Am I being melodramatic, overemotional and exaggerated when I can see ALL of these penalties and see a clean sheet in the box score for New England?
I don't think so. How can objective referees miss EVERY one of them? These are supposed to be the best crews, so I have to rule out incompetence.

Except you can’t rule out incompetence (unless they are just blind)...there are some really horrible refs (Triplette).
It’s also a leadership problem...the CEO (Goodell) doesn’t have the courage to preserve the integrity of the sport over the pressure for the Pats to be successful..
OR, the refs are too scared to simply make calls against NE.
No matter the reason, it’s sad and unacceptable!
None of this excuses giving up 3rd and 18, letting NE score twice in the 4th, etc.
But without the refs, Brady simply does not have the opportunity for the comeback kill.

Jags DLine forced at least 1 holding call in every single game this season.... Except against NE.
Amendola headbutts Gipson right in a front of a ref..... No call.
Jags secondary had 5 PI calls all season... pick up 2 against NE.

I mean I get why you and many others are upset. The refs weren't good. I noticed you didn't include some of the calls the refs missed on us though. Surely they would have leaped at the opportunity to do so?
I just feel like it's easy to see how our team and coaches lost this game on our own accord, independent from refs. That was my thought post game and that's my thought today.
The reality is we had a really good shot to make it to the Superbowl with a quarter left and blew it. Game over. Won't ever get over that game but to me everything's been discussed and debated at length.
We didn't lose to the refs. We lost to the GOAT head coach/QB/Dynasty. Mostly through our own incompetence.
It’s over, people. Stop letting these Pats trolls goad you into reactions. Life is too short.

dude i just watched them and sorry they weren't calling holding all day what 1 holding call on all the plays? none that were posted were blatant take off your jags colored glasses. a guy spins then throws his hands up ....yep thats holding give me a break.
just let it be a flag fest then 10 holding calls per team that would make great viewing for everyone
if you really feel this way quit watching football its all rigged and the patriots are going to win the SB next year as well.
Maybe it's me.
I've only been watching football three decades and have never seen a game where literally every call goes one team's way.
Sometimes the ball bounces a certain way. Sometimes there are flukes.
This just doesn't feel that way at all. I cannot ignore it. I cannot ignore zero penalties going against the New England offense or defense when clearly there were many that could have been called.
Sorry. Not sorry.

Just to clarify, do you think the refs missed any calls against us?

did you watch the jags/ browns game this year ....browns had 0 penalties after averaging like 8 a game for the rest of the season.....the fix is in
