Sadly he clearly values mandates over human life. Even if he has already admitted you can die from taking the vaccine.

Politics doesn't change that reality no matter how much you guys wring your hands about it. It's a job requirement and you have a choice, but what you don't have is a right to the job.
I was laughing at p_rushing offering bad legal advice again. My people that are leaving I wish would stay, but they decided that not vaccinating was more important to them. To me providing a safe workplace is more important and therefore vaccination, the proven solution for this pandemic, is the play.
