Doug wouldn't let that happen.

Doug wouldn't let that happen.

27-3 and counting
Started out pretty cold, but having the worst blowout in Jaguars half history, I think its hot. He might just quit, the way he's coached this team so far.

I meant let Taylor and Raushcer get fired, not get blown out, lol.
I just want to remind everyone how soft we looked at the beginning of the browns game. Every radio personality in 1010XL or Action Sports Jax mentioned how we looked uninterested during warm ups and pregame. And we laid an egg.

And then tonight. On Monday Night Football, we came out and looked like we were asleep the whole night.

It's the job of the coaches to get these players ready to play. You look around the NFL, and there are teams with young coaches that look fired up and ready to go. But we just look like a bunch of dudes that get together during the weekends to play a pick up game.

Pederson is the HC. And he just keeps putting out a soft team with no identity what so ever. It's just not good enough. We're wasting time keeping him and his staff. We can get rid of Baalke at the end of the season. But why not just fire Pederson and Press and let someone else step up and try to light a fire under these guys?

Pederson has lost the players. It's obvious. These players aren't going 100%. That's on the coaches. Sorry. But it is.
0-8 since last season.. His seat needs to be scorching.

It's time for one of those "players only" meetings.

Apparently they've already had "players only" meetings.
After today it feels like there is no hope for him/this team
If it were up to you, what would you do tomorrow with the coaches?

A.  Fire Pederson, promote Taylor to head coach, promote Mike McCoy to offensive coordinator

B.  Fire Pederson, promote Mike McCoy to head coach, leave Taylor as offensive coordinator

C.  Keep Pederson, fire Taylor, promote Mike Mccoy to offensive coordinator

D.  Keep all of the coaches but insist that Pederson takes over offensive play calling.

E.  Fire Pederson, promote Ryan Nielsen to head coach, promote one of the positional coaches to be defensive coordinator

F.  No changes.

G.  Other.

Fire Pedersen & Taylor.

McCoy to HC. Neilsen stays DC if he wants, but hopefully McCoy tells him to stop rotating his best players.

I would keep all the coaches until the end of the year so we continue to lose and then fire everyone at season end and start fresh
It's lit. There's no way there's not a fire lit under his [BLEEP] right now. It's one thing to lose, it's another to get absolutely handled like a JUCO team playing against one of the NCAA's top 25 teams. You lost by 37 points last night. You lost the game in the first half after giving up 5 TD's. You let Allen dog walk your defense knowing full well he's a killer against man coverage.

The offense looked lost. The offense looked deflated. The offense looked like it didn't want to be there. Much like the coaching staff. There is no fixing this. They're fixing to get their [BLEEP] handed to them in Houston this Sunday and it will be Houston's best looking game on the year. We have a ton of money tied up in a lot of players on offense and defense and NONE of those guys are making plays. At all.

Cannot defend this staff anymore. Just can't.
Any Doug supporters still out there?
He gave up on the team. Team gave up on him. If you want any chance for a spark to even try to save the season, make the moves now.

I have no issue with keeping him. He's done a hell of a job with a terrible roster and it's finally caught up with him; without him the last couple years we're likely still a 3 or 4 win team.

The real question is why is Baalke still here when he's burning down our franchise?
Without vision ... you get this Mish mash of nothing. Flashy skill players without a foundation

What bugs me is the owner doesn't make the tough decisions. He let the previous setup end in the worst coaching choice in franchise history and now he is doubling down.

We don't have a team.

Baalke should have been fired when Urban was fired. And unfortunately, Doug should be gone too. It's time.
