I'm not comparing a rook to a guy who has been in the league 4 years. I'm just saying paying for career years is always a risk. Some are pointing to his 14 season, but I don't recall him being talked about as one of the leagues up and coming corners then. Shoot, Briean Boddy-Calhoun (who the Jags cut in the offseason) had 43 tackles, 3 ints (1 for TD), and a sack this past season. Almost identical to Bouye that year. Stats don't mention that Boddy-Calhoun was completely abused. Davon House last season had 4 picks and looked to be up and coming and now is on the street after teams got a hold of his tape and found ways to exploit the guy. 

 

Like I said, I HOPE it works with Bouye. I am just cautious to get too excited. Thats all.

That much is true

Honestly I'm fine with drafting a guard to compete with Omameh.  I think we can get a good Guard in round 2, or trade back into the back end of round 1.  Someone like Feeney or Lamp.
