At this point RG3 could beat out bortles. Now the 2015 version no way. But he regressed real bad.

I think we more go after guards this year in the draft.

Teams like the Jets, Browns, 49ers, and Texans currently have an extremely clouded QB situation. The temptation would be strong to try to sign with a team like this, even with Tony Romo's injury history. I think if the Jaguars sign Romo, it's a matter of when, not if Blake Bortles time with the Jaguars will end in the next 12 months.
