Quote:The fact that you can't see the difference tells me all I need to know. You just see two power runners. For a 240 back he can hit the next level like very few can. The guy can finesse through closing spaces and truck guys over. I can't even imagine what this guy can do once an NFL caliber coach gets ahold of him.
not to mention the speed difference and pass blocking difference. Ivory is one of the worst pass blocking RB in the league. In 2015 PFF had him as the worst.
Quote:I like Fournette, but I'd rather get a DL like Allen or Thomas. Or even grab Lattimore and pair him up with Ramsey to have the best lock down set of CBs in the league.

RB can be adressed later. Mixon is just as good as LF and can be had in the 3rd round or later.

I wouldn't hate Thomas or Lattimore. I just think Fournette has the potential to be a complete game changer for this offense which really needs a boost.
Quote:Ivory 2.0 at pick 2?
This is not LF

Not to mention the speed difference in the 2.  Its not that close really.  You have no clue who Fournette is.
Some good inside info tidbits here from Mike Kaye:

Quote:- The Jaguars are involved in the hunt for Houston Texans cornerback A.J. Bouye, a league source confirms. The team has been very aggressive in the cornerback market and may end up bringing in multiple players at the position. I'm told that if they are unable to add Bouye, they have a backup plan in place.

<p style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(51,51,51);">- Veteran wide receiver Bryan Walters is set to hit the free agent market on Thursday but the Jaguars would still like him back. He currently has a two-year offer on the table. He has received interest and had discussions with others teams during the legal tampering period.

I still think a very good CB will be available at #35 in the draft.

Good to hear we're being aggressive and not just humming and hawing around

That's interesting.

I wonder if they are thinking about Micah Hyde that could also play S eventually.

I'd guess their FA alternates would be Amukamara, Gilmore, or Kirkpatrick.  Who knows?  Maybe they have another trade on the table?
I tend to think its Bouye or Prince will be re-signed

He did all that against Bama right?

I say Bouye or Ryan

Ivory>fournette all day. Reason why AFC RBOY fournette has played zero downs.

However against legit competition like bama he was stuffed. And did nothing.

So big man speed and power and then still stuffed like turkey.

#Jaguars among a handful of teams including 49ers, Lions, Giants, Redskins and Falcons who are interested in DT Terrell McClain, per source.

Meh.

Doesn't make much sense to me, maybe we just asked some info but I doubt we are really interested.

I dont like or want fournette at all but your analysis is horrendous and id love for you to stop.

Oh jeez. How many players on Alabama defense are going to be in the NFL and how many players from LSU offensive line are going to be in the NFL? LSU's offensive line got wrecked that game
McClain would be unnecessary imo

Time to go hard after oline and corner.
