The Jags were in shotgun 73% of plays, and Blake has played in a shotgun offense his entire career even going back to college. If we take Fournette we are trying to fit a round peg into a square hole one way or another.
Blake can play under center. Just because college offense play more shotgun doesn't mean anything. Only reason we ran so much shotgun was because our offense sucked and we were playing behind so much.

That's an awfully big assumption seeing that he hasn't proven that ability at any point in his career pro or college.
We ran so much shotgun because the NFL across the board runs so much shotgun now. Like I said 73% was barely above NFL average. It's base.
