We just started Ozark. We've seen the first episode.

We're also binge-watching Cheers on Netflix. My wife, being an immigrant, has never seen it. We have to lighten things up after some of the stuff we watch.
Late to the party on some of these series, I know. But just started streaming in February. We finished up Dexter on Sunday. Thought it was OK. The last couple of years got a little hokey, as well as the ending. One conclusion that I have drawn...Miami must have an awful lot of serial killers. It held our interest anyway.

Started episode one of Breaking Bad last night. My friend told me that I should watch Chernobyl. But apparently it isn't available on NetFlix...only Amazon Prime.
We started Jack Ryan this week. Reminds me of Homeland a bit.

Isn't HBO allowing free streaming amid the pandemic?

Never checked.  Why, is that where I'd find Chernobyl?

Yes sir. But looking now, and they're only allowing certain shows which doesn't include Chernobyl.

Still some decent options though.

Can’t confirm, but Sirius XM is offering it up free on all platforms.  Not sure how much that helps anyone.  So, if you’re the guy that let it expire on the vehicle, it’ll be available to you.  Not sure how to get it on other platforms other than Amazon Echo.  But you should be able to stream it as well on other devices.

Yeah, I'm so far behind the times on streaming I really don't need any additional services.  NetFlix will do me just fine for the time being.

Narcos

Ozark

All decent to good on Netflix.

I’ll add “you” as well as the Aaron Hernandez thing.  Those were both good.

First thing I watched.  Very interesting,  I learned a lot that I didn't previously know.

I highly recommend Narcos and The Crown.  My wife refused to watch Narcos.  She thought it was way too violent.  It's very violent.  But the guy who plays Pablo Escobar is really good.

You might also try Trailer Park Boys.  It's a mockumentary.
Chernobyl is really good.
This is your big chance!!!

HBO is making streaming certain shows free for a short period of time.  The ones I highly recommend are: Sopranos, the Wire, Silicon Valley, Veep, Barry, and Succession.

I keep seeing trailer park boys.  Watched some clips.  I get it, but after watching Letterkenny, it just doesn’t do it for me.  Had I watched TPB’s first, who knows.  But many people talking that one up.  Plus LK is only on HUlu.

I learned a lot also.  Way more to it that I expected.  It’s pretty sad and scary at the same time.  Still not sure what to make out of it.
I'm halfway through the first season of Breaking Bad. That'll last me a few weeks since we mix it in with puzzle making.

On a side note, after a couple of shots of tequila and a few beers, finding puzzle pieces that fit is decidedly harder,

Breaking Bad is a top 5 show all time. Enjoy the ride!

First couple of episodes were slow...basically building the story line.  We're hooked now.

I watched the first few episodes of Barry on a flight back from overseas and loved it. But since I'm not an HBO subscriber, my viewing stopped there. Barry is definitely on my must watch list now.
We recently binged Cheers on Netflix.. We got all the way to where Diane left the show and Kirstie Alley's character was introduced.. My wife and I shut it off.. Wasn't the same..
