Season 4?  I thought there were only 3 seasons.  Looks like I have another season to find.  Smile

We just started watching and are only 3 episodes into season 1 but WOW.  Really good so far!

Yes, it just ended in February I think so definitely look for it. The show itself is fantastic, the characters are well written, the scenery is so neat.

I love European countries with their architecture and such. Denmark and Sweden are much more modern than what I saw while living in Germany, and I'm more into the old architecture, but it's still neat.

Is Saga not unintentionally (and inappropriately) hilarious at times? In the first episode her answer to Martin's question about does she have kids made me laugh so hard it hurt. It's what I've wanted to say to people who ask me the same question but I try to be more tactful. Lol.
Yes! Saga is awesome!! The line about the kids and the line when the guy tried to pick her up in a bar by offering to buy her a drink. She said no so he walked away. She obviously got mad so walked over to him and asked if he wanted to have sex. She asked why he walked away. It wasn't that she wasn't interested, she just didn't want a drink. LOL
The Terror on AMC is pretty good.

I've been enjoying that, too.

It's a little like "The Thing" on ships.

The pace is slow, but I think it really works with the setting.

Lol yeah, I can be that way sometimes. Too literal minded. It drives my husband nuts.
Started watching this show the rain on Netflix I think it's dutch but it's dubbed in English. I usually can't watch dubbed stuff but this one's done well and the story is really good.

The Rain is Danish.

Dutch = From the Netherlands

Danish = From Denmark.

I haven't seen it but I've heard good things about it. I stopped my Netflix subscription a few months ago when I realized I was paying €11/month for something I was barely using.
Thankfully Amazon saves The Expanse.

Same here. I was pleased they kept to the spirit of the original (first season anyway) while making plenty of plot and character updates to keep it fresh.

I was happy to hear that as well. Pretty good show.

I watched it and liked it. I can't stand dubbed shows/movies so I listened in Danish and read English subtitles. It will be interesting to see where they go in season two, if they decide to do one.

One thing I've learned about European shows, well, two things. One- they're typically better than American shows, and two- they don't churn out shows like we do here. We may not see another season of Rain until 2020. Occupied, a Norwegian show has 2-3 years between seasons one and two. I doubt there will be a season two of Nobel, but they ended that show in a good way so it doesn't need anymore seasons but you end up liking it so much you wish there was more.

As for what I'm watching now, I decided to see what Meghan Markle, AKA, the new Duchess of Sussex was all about on Suits. I'd never heard of her but I've seen the show as an option in Amazon and just hadn't gotten around to deciding to watch it. I actually enjoy it. It's an entertaining show to watch and it has Gina Torres from Firefly in it and I love everything about Firefly. I really hope Alan Tudyk shows up at some point. Nathan Fillion would be cool as well, but I love Tudyk.

I haven't watched the Bruce Willis one. Will have to look for it. I did just finish watching The Sinner with Jessica Biel. That was an interesting story from the USA network adapted from a book written by a German author. I

Also on season three of Bosch on Prime.

As good as Shatner?
I'm enjoying Sharp Objects on HBO, and anxiously awaiting Season II of Ozark. Loved Season I.

So glad Westworld is finished. It became a chore, but I kept holding out hope the ending would make it all worthwhile. It didn't. They say Season III will be a whole new story, thank goodness.
Better Call Saul returns Monday 8/6.
I can't believe they ended the colony that way. I stopped watching stuff on NBC cause they pull the rip cord so fast now USA does it to me!
