Started watching Vikings a couple weeks ago. We are hooked, already nearly through season 3.
I binge watched this series on HBOMax and absolutely LOVED it. It was unlike anything I have ever seen before. It's about a wealthy TV Evangelist and his 3 adult children. Parts of this show were absolutely hilarious and there were even some heartfelt scenes toward the end of season 1. It's definitely one of the best series I've seen in a long time. There is some raunchy humor, but that's right up my alley.

We're rewatching The Sopranos since The Many Saints of Newark is supposed to drop in September.
I know I'm way behind on this one, but into season two of House of Cards.

We watched it. It's OK if a little uneven at times. It's one of those shows that feels like the actors are doing a lot of ad libbing. John Goodman is always pretty good.
Speaking of Goodman, "Treme" is one we rewatched recently that we really enjoyed. (He's in the first season.) It's a fictional story about a number of families set in the aftermath of Katrina. New Orleans culture, politics, music and the neighborhood of Treme play important parts in the story. Since my wife is from New Orleans, grew up there and still has family there, many of the storylines hit close to home. Also features appearances of some famous New Orleans musicians in a few episodes.

You have to really have a raunchy sense of humor to like it and I do. I can't wait for season 2 in October. The last 2 episodes were among the funniest shows I've seen in a long time.

The first season was really good. S2 was alright. It went to crap after that. I couldn't get through the first episode of the final season.
Has anyone been watching The Sons of Sam (A Descent Into Darkness) on Netflix. I find this stuff fascinating. It takes a look into the theory that David Berkowitz did not act alone in the Son of Sam killings. The filmmakers bring up some very compelling arguments. Personally, I've believed all along that Berkowitz acted as part of a group, (just as I believe there were two different Zodiac Killers.) They've tied several different people in with Berkowitz, who was allegedly part of a satanic cult. It's really interesting.

I have it in my queue to watch.
Just binged watched 7 seasons of The Mentalist. Such a good show and it has the best/most satisfying for a fan series finale possible. Definitely recommend.
I had been watching Manifest.  I enjoyed the first couple of seasons.  But, as with most sci-fi shows as they age, it's starting to get really stupid.
Watched the first two episodes of Shadow and Bone on Netflix. Interesting so far.
I’m looking forward to the new season of “Lucifer”. Hard for me to type that word. But they knocked that character out the park. The lead actress needs to be replaced because she sucks. But Ellis’ role is worth it alone iMO.

My son got me watching Lucifer. It is a quality show. Can't wait for the new episodes to come out.

Yeah, I can't bring myself to watch it because of that name.
Just finished season 1 of Resident Alien on scifi. I heard about the show from a few commercials and the wife and I gave the first episode a try and ended up hooked. Absolutely hilarious. All the actors nailed their parts. From the over zealous cop to the bartender I liked everyone in the show.

Rated 8.2 on IMDB and a 93% on Rotten tomatoes if anyone is interested in that sort of stuff. Found the rating pretty accurate because I would personally go 9/10.

Yeah, I can't bring myself to watch it because of that name.

That is literally the main character's name and he does a great job as the title character. What is so bad about a name?
