You can be both well organized and running on an unelectable platform. That's the Dems in a nutshell.

1) They don't appear to be well organized to me.
2) They don't have a platform yet.
The big factor in 2020 will be voter turnout in which the Dems failed in 2016.  As you are aware, the Bernie supporters despised Hilary and the black vote was severely down compared to the Obama terms in 2008 and 2012.  The Dems are working hard right now on the black and hispanic turnout.  The key in 2020 will be whether the Bernie loyalists are willing to support Biden (if Biden wins) or whether the moderate Dems are willing to support Bernie (if Bernie wins).  That's pretty much it for the Dems, high voter turnout and coming together as a party to beat Trump.  Can that be done?  Only time will tell.

1. The DNC is running things to get the candidate they want, just like with Hillary.
2. Then you haven't been paying attention for the last 3 years. #orangemanbad is their platform, no matter which candidate the DNC selects and trots out there.

If Trump gets 8% of the black vote then it's Reagan-esque landslide. The Biden Boys and Bernie Bros and Bloomberg Besties all hate each other and won't turn out for the other.
Boody Judge took a big payoff to drop out.
Absolutely no reason to drop out 1 day before Super Tuesday.
Klobs probably asked for the same amount and got laughed at.

Check Bloomy's fake Oval Office message to the American People.
He paid millions for 3 minutes of airtime.
See if you can get through the whole thing without falling asleep.

So you are saying the DNC is well organized, and that orangemanisbad is an unelectable platform?  I disagree on both counts.

Ok.
DNC doesn't need to be well organized with tech on their side:

That's scary. It's not surprising.

Can't disagree with your 2 assessments at this time.   Those are the 2 incredibly huge challenges the Dems need to remedy prior to November.  The crazy thing is that it's really only applicable to ~ 7 swing states.
As someone who wants to see the Democrats lose this and every election, I think it would be a huge mistake to underestimate Bernie Sanders. Much like with Obama had and Trump has, Sanders has a very passionate and determined following. The same can't be said about Biden or Bloomberg.

I somewhat agree.  However, I think that much of Bernie Sanders' following is mostly the younger, "less experienced" voting bloc or those that just can't stand President Trump.  I don't think many "traditional" democrats would vote for him including my parents (lifelong democrats).

I saw an interview on FOX Business this morning with a small business owner in Texas.  He was a middle aged Hispanic man that owns and runs a Barbecue restaurant in a blue area of Texas.  He says that business for him has been very good over the last 3 years and even though he is a democrat he said that he likes what President Trump has done for the area and has his vote.  A few of his customers (also Hispanic if it matters) shared the same feelings.  The biggest thing that they talked about was the possibility of the "Green New Deal" and how it would kill jobs in the area.

The other thing to think about is the large Cuban community in South Florida.  They will not vote for somebody that praises Castro.

The DNC is circling the wagons around Biden.  Bloomberg is basically a democrat "Ross Perot".  The democrats are pretty much doomed.  Mikey is probably full of anxiety.
Bernie's best hope of beating Trump is his ability to rally his huge minority support. Slim chance still

Huge minority? Is that like a jumbo shrimp?
Klobuchar is out. The DNC had to thin the field before Super Tuesday or risk Bernie running away with the delegate count.
Now they can still cheat him at the Convention. Feel the Bern.
But the DNC still has a giant problem. Biden and Bloomy are total stiffs.

If Bernie is the nominee, Florida is not in play.  Has nothing to do with Cubans.  Has everything to do with black voters and retired voters.  Bernie has a chance to win the presidency because he might flip PA, OH, and MI.  But he won't flip FL. Biden could flip Florida.

That said, I'm married into a S FL Cuban family, and I can tell you the conventional wisdom there is becoming less true.  The ones who came over before about 1990 seem to be very loyal to the Republican party, but the ones who came after are not loyal to either party.  It seems to have to do with whether or not the person experienced Cuba after the Soviets cut off the fuel subsidies. The second and third generations also have little loyalty either way. Anyhow, every cycle the number of cold war stalwarts shrinks and the second group grows.

Can you imagine the total carnage of Biden vs Trump on that debate stage? Not sure Joe's family is allowing this to go on.

One of the DNC's biggest problems right now is Bloomberg.  Another big problem that they have is that their only platform is "beating Donald Trump", yet many people feel better off today than they did 3 years ago.  The best that they have to offer is a bumbling idiot (Joe Biden) which would be the "status quo".  That and the fact that Bloomberg is doing his best to "buy" the nomination.

Finally, they have to deal with a couple of socialists on the ticket (Sanders and Warren).  No matter what, I have enough faith in this country that I don't think that they will vote for a socialist.

How exactly does Bernie have the chance to flip PA, OH and MI?  Retired voters?  I don't think so.  Most people at or near retirement know what socialism is all about if they have been informed the past 30-40 years.
