I know it is hard for you but the title is "Yan still doing nothing" (which was true) and not "Yan won't do anything the entire season"

Great reading comprehension brother lol

You are as bad as this as you are as a moderator.

And still, his 2 best games vs the worst teams in the league lol. Greatness.

Not so sure about that one.

I think I might actually be better at laughing at your backpedaling than being a moderator.

Maybe you should start a thread titled "Yan no longer doing nothing, but I refuse to believe injury was a factor, and I also refuse to admit he's a good DE that's about to get paid a ton of money"
Yan conducts himself like a professional.
Would it make the OP feel better for me to bump the thread that posited we should get a different QB than Minshew to back up Foles?

It's OK to be wrong. It's not OK to STAY wrong.
Yea... it's no bueno not backing down from this stance. It's okay to be wrong, my friend. We're all wrong like 95% of the time.

Some threads should be bumped constantly, just to teach us all a little humility.

Who did Fowler play again? Are you saying that was stiffer competition than the Jest?

Don't forget that the game was in London, that's practically a home game for him at this point.

Maybe you should actually find something against me because you have nothing.

Also, I've said a thousand times he is good, not great. but you are those kind of people that cling to the smallest things thinking you got something, it's actually pretty funny/lame.

Fowler is having a better season, but please amuse me a make excuses for Yan who once claimed to be the best pass rusher in the league.

And I am wrong where exactly?

He was doing nothing
He just had his best games vs crappy teams
He did nothing against the Panthers
I've said he is good not great

I'll wait

BTW Smoot has as many sacks in like 1/3 of the snaps.
Yanick is not great just good? Who have you been watching. The guy played hurt and missed 1 game. Healed up and is nothing pess then causing disruption in the backfield every play. He plays on the strongside so consistently double teamed alot. He's not elite at this point yet but been pretty great so far in his young carreer here.

Good would be an insult.
Wow. Going full Titanic on the USS Dante Fowler....

I don't remember him ever saying he was the best in the league. Do you have a quote or link for that?
I recall him saying he wanted to be the best in the league.

Also -
Dude - this isn't about me or anyone else "having something on you."
This is simply what happens when you post a hot take on a message board that doesn't hold up.
You refuse to acknowledge the player endured an injury that affected his performance for several games, and you made several statements hyperbolizing his ineffectiveness. It makes you look silly for selling out to such a negative stance. It's not a big deal.  You should probably just try being more graceful about overplaying your hand.

Yannick is better than you think he is.

Minshew is better than I thought he was.

Chark is better than 70% of this board thought he'd ever be.

Fournette is outperforming most of our expectations.

90% of the board called Bryan a bust - and same for Smoot.

I laughed.
It's rare to find people so willing to keep burying themselves.  Well, maybe not so much on this board, but in life for sure lol.

Except he was in the backfield all game if you actually watched.

Except it meant nothing because he never sacked Watson the plays went on to be successful (most of them). 2 or 3 big runs by the texans too.

He is nothing special, he doesn't take over games. He is a good 8-10 sacks per year guy, not top 10, probably not even top 15 rusher in the league.

Against any other quarterback he would have had 3 sacks. The team at least 7

Hmmm. Two nice TFL plays in the run game and 4 or 5 pressures.

He faced a mobile QB who was able to evade pressure all day very well.

I didn't see "nothing."  You're reaching for a victory lap that's not warranted.

Welp. Can’t help you if you’re too naive to see it.

Watson is incredible and broke out of two Yan sacks. Made tackles in the backfield. He was destroying those tackles but Watson either did his thing or got the ball out quick.
