I’ve read that it’s highly unlikely that i Urban retains any of the current staff. I hope for the sake of thunder, that that’s not true. I think he is a special WR coach.

I feel like Urban has to say that being a Ohio State guy.
However If you are going to pick fields then you trade the pick to someone who really wants Lawrence.
Urban is one serious question mark for me even though I'm on board. His coaching staff must be of NFL caliber experience since he has none. Will he be able to motivate/communicate w/grown @$$ Men? Through our undoubted rocky start, will he tuck his tail and run?

He’s renowned for assembling great staff. I personally have zero worries about that

I think people get caught up in the Ohio State connection. I know I did initially, I actually asked the same concern. But admittedly, I dont follow college ball too closely. And if you go on social media, you'll see a ton of that same thought.
Obviously after some research on everything it's clear he's all in on Lawrence, but I understand people asking the question initially.

Not true at all, it took both of them for that dynasty to work.
Sure, Brady is still doing well. But he’s not excelling. He’s on a loaded team and only managed to go 11-5. He won’t go to the super bowl and will probably be 1 and done in the playoffs.
