Shad Khan is not inept. He has done great things for the Jaguars and the stadium that the city owns. Next year we start our long run of playoff appearances led by our young core of Bortles, The Allen brothers, Linder, Cann, Telvin, Jack and Jalen Ramsey. That is a really solid young core and I didn't even add Fowler or Yannick in that list.

The playbook is not going to change, only the culture and who plays when, so what needs two weeks to prepare?

 

Ideally, the playbook would change. At least in terms of adding new wrinkles or switching schematically how this team is playing.

I seriously doubt that. They had a plan - They stuck to it - It failed.  They are aware.

 

The only question is whether Khan/Caldwell wait to get a new coach in there or if they go with an interim guy after the bye. 

They'd completely lose the fanbase if Bradley stuck around. The stadium would be as barren a landscape as Donald Trump's scalp. The real one, not the rug.

Better cut our ties with him before he ruins some of our young talent (Ramsey, Jack, Fowler, A2x, Bortles-kinda ruined already).

Yea, whining like everyone else. You cant take the fact that im right on most things. Been saying Caldwell was an idiot for keeping Gus for this season.

They are complaining yes, but theirs isn't every single post of theirs on this board like yours.

This fan base and team is hemorrhaging because is Gus. Khan needs to stop the bleeding. Fire the cause.
