Fans Willis is reportedly considering RICO charges. As many as 12 charges are expected to be filed against Trump by the State of GA.
Trump has just issued an ad attacking Willis that contains blatant lies- and she is apparently gearing up an order for him to prove their veracity or face yet another charge for sullying the image of a prosecutor.
Trying to verify what law will permit that charge now.

I had no idea what this RICO Act was until I just looked it up (thanks for enlightening me). It fits the activities that Trump has been implementing throughout his businesses most of his lifetime. He simply attack those that oppose him and his idealistic ways w/money and drawn out court proceedings. The BIG Question now is did he bite off more than he can chew.

I saw an interesting argument on The Bulwark. It said, yes, indicting Trump really does erode the level of trust in the justice system for many Trump supporters. And that's dangerous. But then it said, if we don't even try to convict Trump, that would erode the level of trust that everyone else has for the justice system. And thats more dangerous. It's lose/lose, but you lose the trust of more people if you let Trump get away with it.
We don't want to find out what a bunch of young angry leftists will start to do if they think the system is rigged and calls for violence go unpunished.
