In 3 Games Marcus Mariota is leaps and bounds better than Bortles. And please don't tell me about some junk TD that don't even matter. At one point yesterday the score was 30-3. Man you always seem so angry and upset. If you hate the team so much just follow another team. You are allowed to pick what team you want to follow. This doesn't seem like the one for you. I've never seen you post one marginally positive thing on this board. You're making yourself and the actual fans on the board miserable.

Just because a guy comes on the board and is venting and critical about Blake Bortles does not make him a lesser fan.

 

Some people are more optimistic by nature - others are pessimists.  I think with our not-so-recent history, I understand the pessimism of many of our fans (and I add myself to that list)..

 

I ask myself this question.  What is MORE LIKELY to happen?

 

Bortles plays around the same way he did last year, Jags go 3-13.

 

Bortles improves a little but overall continues to struggle and we go 5-11 this year?


Bortles improves and we win 7 games.

 

Bortles improves drastically and we win 9 games.

I think he will be ok. Every play is a lesson learned.

I think it makes you a lesser fan if the only thing you can say it Bortles sucks. Or this team sucks. It is just lazy. Nothing wrong with being critical, but offer some substance. I know most who post on this board are over 20, but I have had more intelligent conversations with much younger fans about the Jags.

Ok dude go to any other state where they care about their team like Philly, NY, or Cleveland do you think "real fans" would be upset about this disgrace of a franchise? 8 wins in 3 years on Gus are you ok with that?  I'm not a blind homer like 90% of people on this board who always see sunshine and rainbows. This team is historically bad and you're just ok with it huh? Ok I wont complain anymore when this team goes 4-12 again I'll be ok with it like you.
