Just get them all out of here.  They're not the right guys for this project.

But wait. Time will magically make Bradley capable of developing young talent. He will be able to make halftime adjustments in time. His clock management will improve with time. Time.
This team better spend significant money in Free Agency this year.  This team has more holes than swiss cheese.

Let me ask you guys, and this is me trying to be honest...

Last week we came out and did a great job in the 2nd half of the Giants game.  We proved we could play D and we proved we could move the football in the 2nd half...

So the players all came out and played again this week.  What changed?

To me, the variable is preparation and game planning.  The variable to me is coaching.

don't get me wrong I think there were some drops and other plays that were solely on the players, but overall...  As an entire team, the variable to me is the coaching...

I mean, even the difference between the 1st half and the 2nd half is so bizarre to me.  But I think this also is the coaches.  I mean, if we as outsiders can see that we are always coming out flat in the 2nd half, don't you think the coaches are aware of it too?

Should they not be figuring out ways to correct that?

Quote:Or it could be that you are so steadfastly expecting wins that you can't see improvement...Gus says he see is, Caldwell says he sees it, mr Khan says he see improvement and all 3 of them say we are right about where they expected to be...Those are 3 people's opinion I would value over random internet message board posters
Damn dude. You're that gullible and that impressionable? Do you see improvement?
Does anyone really see this team turning around next year? I feel like we could empty the bank in FA, draft #1, and still MAYBE get 4 wins next year. What then?

which begs the question.... who are we going to get and pay?

are we going to get 10 new veteran starters?

If we do, what's the point of starting all these rookies this year?

Even though I do think we need to get a lot more veterans.

We got more holes than Bonnie and Clyde's old car...

Hahahahahaha. Hell no, no one sees it. Hope and dreams.
I see lots of progress.  Gus isn't going anywhere.

I would think by now everyone recognizes it as being INCONSISTENT.

Now as to why they are inconsistent, that's another question.

Young talent is not developing?

Bortles is a rookie QB so he's gonna have ups and downs, I see Hurns playing well, Allen Robinson was a top rookie WR, Lee has gotten better, Linder and Bowanko are prob our best OL men.

Denard Robinson went from best awful his rookie year to a legit RB

Telvin Smith is playing like a stud, JT Thomas wow where did he come from is a stud, Branch had broken out before he got hurt, Ryan Davis looks good, D.McCray 7th round pick is our best CB, Covlin looks good.

Cyp still makes mistakes but he is ok, outside of Joeckel who is a bust as of right now, there is more positive development of young talent then negative

But yet you claim he is not developing young talent

Here we go again with another knee jerk joke of a thread from a loss. Shocker.

The good news is you will only see three more.
We had no pass rush when Bradley got here. He improved that, but the team still does nothing exciting on offense or defense.

he had nothing to do with the pass rush improvement.  $$ did.

You pay 2 guys over 3 a very nice contract right after they get cut from Seattle to get them here - and suddenly your pass rush is improved.
I don't trust a guy that smiles all the time and is always cheerleading pathetic play. Mike Ditka/Bill Parcels time for these clowns.
