Feel sorry for beach residents. It's probably hard to imagine your entire house underwater when you have only seen it on TV and doesn't even seem like a reality. Only followed by insurance companies trying to absolutely screw you when you need them the most.

Yeah, I am curious if lenders require flood insurance at the beach. I would hope they do. If not, I can only imagine the claim process after a hurricane.
