Few things here:

1. The definition of Despacito is "Slowly"
2. This is very insulting to the community he is trying to win over.
3. Did you see the real version of this when he is listening to NWA?
This man needs medical attention. Can there be ANY doubt?

Elderly abuse. His family and handlers should be charged.

Did he do this because the latino vote in Florida is swinging to Trump?

100% yes.

I believe he is already on record saying Latinos don't fall in line like African Americans do when it comes to the automatic democratic vote (paraphrasing).

Joe is in trouble in Florida and his ties to socialism will not do well for him in Miami Dade.

This was so cringeworthy, I had serious secondhand embarrassment for him!
Did anyone notice the irony of Biden boarding a private jet to Florida while lecturing us on climate change?

The same irony of all Dems.

Al Gore made a lot of money crying about global warming (it was warming back then - not climate change - just like in the 70s when it was global cooling) and flying around in private jets.

He owned a lot of stock in green companies when he made that catastrophe of a movie.

Why should I take climate change serious of my "leadere" aren't? Fair question.

It's not, though.
Regardless of if we think reducing CO2 emissions is important or not, the question of hypocrisy from people like Gore or Biden is irrelevant.
Imagine if the chairman of the federal reserve said, "there is too much credit card debt held by lower income people.  They need to live within their means or there are risks for the whole economy." Would you react, "oh, easy for you to say, you make $200k per year and you'll make even more in the private sector when your term is over!" Maybe, but it'd be irrelevant, right?

Why does the wording keep changing? Why is it always doom and gloom? Because fear is a great motivator to get people to buy stuff they think will save them or the world.

The reality is the world will just kill us if we threaten it. It's been around for 4 billion years... it knows how to purge itself.

Your people told me we have 12 years to fix this or the world ends and are flying private. Climate change isn't a real thing, and if it were, it couldn't be "fixed".

FYI, I know plenty of high income earners that carry too much credit card debt.

(1) I don't have any people.
(2) sure, but that's not the hypothetical scenario I'm asking you to consider.

Things on the Hunter Biden front have been too quiet. When is the Trump campaign dropping the bombshell that puts Slow Joe on the canvas for good?

Did you see Star wars episode 8? remember when General organa insisted that help would come if they sent out a distress signal with her call sign?
Vic Ketchman had a saying about this, didn't he?

Why would he knock him out, the fans paid good money to watch him beat on Biden for 8 rounds first.

Did he do this because the latino vote in Florida is swinging to Trump?

Nobody is swinging to Trump, he has a lead among Florida Latinos because they are majority Cuban and Venezuelan immigrants who buy into Trump's fear tactics, that a Biden victory means Socialism is coming the way it did in their native countries.

Puerto Rican, Mexican and Central American immigrants have a much different opinion of Trump.

That based on your extensive knowledge of them and their culture and you going out and talking to them? Or based on nothing at all but your hope that they are stupid and can't see both Biden and Harris attempting (badly) to pander to them? Latinos do not like cultural appropriation.

Lots of people are swinging to Trump because they don't want a child groping moron that can't even speak a full sentence without wheezing for breath. Or a woman that just laughs hysterically at softball questions like she did with Colbert.
Anyone see the Biden car parade with 3 cars?

My buddy who has lived in the I-4 corridor for only a year said he was taken by surprise how many patriotic Puerto Ricans there were in the are.

It is going to he a landslide for the most patriotic president in recent history.  Sorry to burst your bubble.
Is it the Biden Harris ticket, or Harris Biden ticket?

Biden did say Hispanics were incredibly diverse with their political opinions, unlike black people.
