Quote:Cam would have never had a chance to play with Harvin, Hernadez, Murphy, or Cooper because he would have been stuck behind Tebow. He would have been left with just Demps and Rainey.
I disagree. Cam has more talent in his pinky than Tebow, the completely lopsided skill level would have pushed Cam ahead quickly.
Quote:Let's just hope Bridgewater doesn't have to play Georgia Southern.

Ouch.

There is zero chance Cam would have ever played a snap over Tebow. Let's be real here.
So many people in this thread that should be absolutely embarrassed for having no QB evaluation skills. KYJaggy doesn't deserve to have the best QB prospect in his sig and avatar after defending Blaine Mariota.

They love scrubs.

7-tigers

Mar iota is looking very mediocre out there today
Huge drive here for Mariotta. This is a career definer.

Hey vagrant how's geno doing lololol you embarrassed yet.
That TD throw he made earlier on 4 and 11 was probably the best one I've seen him make.

Bam. Shaky game overall for Mariotta but he sure did play near lights out with the game on the line in the 4th. I'm impressed.

7-tigers

I'm not, he showed poise at the end but that was about it. Too many over throws to wide open players
I gave up on Mariota a while ago. He's now under Teddy, Carr, and Johnny. He's in that middle tier with Hundley and Boyd. He's risky cause he's terrible, but has potential talent. He'll be drafted as a franchise QB, but he should be drafted as a clipboard holding backup project
I still like Mariota. /shrug

As I said in some thread, maybe this one, a little while ago: it's still Teddy > Mariota > Carr > Clowney > Barr for Jags prospects to me.
Mariota still intrigues me as he always has, but there isn't a scenario in which you draft him over Bridgewater and there never really was. Another clunker of a thread, but not quite as bad as the Clowney debate.

I think he's goes back to school for another year. The draft advisory board usually leans conservative with their draft grades. I think they'll peg him as a second rounder.

Advisory board is one thing, but if you look at how many teams that are in desperate need of a new QB right now -- Jax, Tenn, Minni, Oak, Clev, Hou, TB*, Chi*, St.L* -- that's pretty hard to turn the opportunity down since there are so many demand.

I hear ya. I feel the same way about Hundley. I think he should go back to UCLA but he probably won't.
Lol Hundley. The only attribute he can sell to NFL scouts is his physical skill set. Maybe if he can score decent on his wonderlic, a team can move up to draft him at #10. Ohh wait...where have we seen this before.
