No, the fact that he is out at 3:30 in the morning. He can't stay out of the news.


He has a history. You would think someone in his position would do everything he could to stay out of the news.

I Go out early morning all the time.  That make me a bad person too?   Not his fault you have no life.    Also last time I checked he is a NFL player.   So yes media will try and get every story.   Makes for interesting news.

Right lots of things do happen at 3:30 in the morning, but he didn't have bud or booze, so it's a non-issue.

Do you have a history of making really bad decisions and getting arrested at night? Apples to oranges comparison. Hey, you may be surprised when he gets suspended again, but I won't. It's a pattern and the outcome unfortunately is predictable. I hope I'm wrong, I really do, but it just doesn't seem like he gets it.

Non issue for him suspension wise, but again, doesn't look good for him. Again, don't be surprised when he gets suspended again.

No, it's not. Same thing with the picture the other night. It's actually probably a very good sign that he was out and sober. If he does get suspended again, it will have nothing to do with either of these incidents.

Based on his history and decision making so far, I'm really surprised so many people are giving him the benefit of the doubt.

We know the facts:  He blew a tire, the police were there.  What are you saying?  The police covered it up?

Just not a good sign he is out that late and at a night club/bar week before. You have completely misunderstood my point.

I don't post very much just been following long time. again my bad. I just want to learn more, like was he hot dogging in the car or doing something stupid. it can happen to any body. we have all had legit reason to be driving at 330

Maybe not, but again both of these things are a non-issue. These guys are in their early 20's, they are going to be out late at night as many others have already alluded to. My best guess is that he comes back and heavily contributes to the rebuilding of this football team.
