Is it known that he was on his way home or is it just an assumption?

Was there anyone else in the car?

The story is over. It doesn't really matter.

I bet it does to Gus and Dave.

I bet it doesn't.

He had a cold and couldn't sleep. He was going to Walgreens for some NyQuil.

Feel better?
Quote:The mere act of running off the road into a ditch gets you a careless driving citation because people don't run off the road into a ditch normally if they are paying attention to what they are doing.

After reviewing the evidence, they determined that the accident was caused by a vehicle malfunction and not some sort of careless act, like messing with the radio, so the charge was dropped.

It's pretty cut and dry.

Typically, it would be a Failure to Maintain Lane citation. But, that's kind of my point. You and I know the driver in my example was driving worse than that but can't prove it.

Again, I'm not arguing against Blackmon here.

LOL.  So he wasn't on his way home, he was on his way out.  The story is changing already.

Because it is absolutely nobody else's business no matter how much nosey people like you and others want to pry into someone's private life.  This is America - respect people's right to privacy and get off the reality show mentality.

Correct. At that time he was arrested for doing 92 in a 60 and there is no BAC to find. Anyways, I'm not judging him for staying out, I'm simply stating this along with him being at a club isn't a good sign based on his history. We shall see and as I said, I really hope I'm wrong.

Star receiver, high draft pick, multiple previous issues, already under suspension and you think it doesn't matter to them?   Laughing

Correction. He was on his way home from Walgreens. Also it was noted there was a suspicious looking bag of Krystal's in the passenger seat.

Yeah, I don't know why anyone would think that. I'm sure it matters.

Hmm this leads me to believe he was high.

"You got me coach. You're right, the only possible thing I could be doing a 3:30 was going to Main St. to pick up transgender prostitutes."

It wasn't a sack full, just a combo meal.

The paparazzi police has spoken!

PS:  This is America - respect the 1st Amendment!
Quote:There's another report surfacing that when he returned home, he removed the tag from his pillow that clearly stated, "Do not remove this tag." This guy's a thug, pure and simple.

I'm not sure if charges will be filed for "Pillowgate" or not but this guy's clearly out of control.
That's Federal right there..

oh and as far as the krystals go....at least he didn't go through the drive thru au naturale. :woot:

The first amendment is being respected.

How about you try to respect the 5th?

Doesn't matter what he says, you'd probably just say he was lying!

Guess if you have nothing to hide, you shouldn't take the 5th amendment either.

Only if he's ripping them off with intent to sell!

Does it matter he was in a car accident? Sure. He was clear of any drugs/alcohol being involved, he isn't being charged with anything and he isn't injured. Do you really think they are going to grill him about who was in the car with him?
