My Sentiments Exactly. First off he wasn't charged w/reckless driving and alcohol wasn't the cause of the accident as properly reported.

Quote:Well there is....but none of it is legal
Quote:Not unless he was on a private flight.
Quote:Not like he doesn't have the money for it...
Quote:The Supreme Court has held that "a witness may have a reasonable fear of prosecution and yet be innocent of any wrongdoing. The privilege serves to protect the innocent who otherwise might be ensnared by ambiguous circumstances." Ohio v. Reiner, 532 U.S. 17Your lack of common sense is starting to give me a headache. Do you understand the difference between under oath testimony in a criminal proceeding and responding to questions posed by the media?
Quote:I'm betting they already know what happened!

Quote:he may not for long, but he wasn't on a flight unless he stayed out there for 3 hours, here are all the planes that landed at JAX

Quote:He could have been going to the airport for an early morning flight...and wanted to get through security without any hassle. Or picking someone up...or he REALLY likes the Denny's on airport road! It's his business why he was out at three in the morning since he wasn't high, or drunk!!You would have thought once it was known he wasn't out at 3:30 getting high or drunk people would let it go. That basically rules out all the reasons that would have made it a problem in the first place.
Quote:You've never been pulled over?

Quote:Unfortunately I was pulled over @ 3:00 a.m. once. My car searched to the point of being trashed and as a result I had to appear in court for some Altoids that were projected to be some type of drug pills. Needless to say that the judge threw out the case BUT I still had to pay court costs...SMH...

Quote:You had to pay court costs on a case that wasn't a case??? Sounds like when someone gets arrested for resisting arrest without any other charge!! How can you resist arrest if you weren't doing anything to get arrested for in the first place???????
Quote:One would think so but there are those that Thrive for NEGATIVE NEWS concerning B14CKMON hinse My Phrase that any news is Negative News...
