Quote:How is this even a thread or story?

With JB anything with him being out late, at a bar, club, etc... will be a story. He should know that.
I got home at 4:16am last night. I'll not judge the young man on this one just yet.

Might just be a flat tire on way home from a nookie mission.

Really? Even AFTER it's come out that he didn't do anything wrong? Ok.

Quote:I don't think anyone is saying he did something wrong law wise at least not at this point in the conversation.

Did you have two DUI'S by the time you turned 24?
This being the case (two DUIs), shouldn't it be a GOOD thing that, at 3:30 AM when everybody seems to expect him to be drunk from partying all night, he was completely sober? I'm really not understanding the constant negativity in this thread (not just from you). If/when he actually makes another mistake, then we can be high and mighty and let him have it. But there's no need for any of that when the man has been, by all accounts, avoiding trouble during his suspension.

Blasphemer!! Convict!! Recidivist!!
The excuses for Justin being out at 3:30 are simply laughable.

The World According To Pirkster.

They aren't excuses, they're possibilities. The FACT of the matter is, none of us have any clue why he was out. Be it drinking/partying/mischief or other reasons, we do NOT know.

No. If you'd bother to take a look around, nothing's going on at 3:30 and the vast majority of folks are home in bed. You can come up with any exception to the rule, but he's not a truck driver, work night shift, etc. etc...

"The harder I work, the luckier I get."

There certainly is something to be said about poor Justin's "luck"...

Yet another excuse, and a very poor one at that.

No, there's nothing for YOU to do at 3:30 in the morning. It's not uncommon for my young adult children to be out until the wee hours of the morning and not be drinking alcohol.

Sorry, I had absolutely no idea you were there. Please, go ahead and give us a run down of what happened then. I'd love to hear it.....

But it won't happen. You weren't there, you don't know. I'll go ahead and trust the FHP who has already said there was no wrong-doing on his part. Get off of your high horse. Believe it or not, you don't know it all.
Quote:Not me. Because I sleep at 3:30 am.

He's an idiot. This incident alone doesn't make him an idiot. It's a symptom of him being an idiot and a reminder of just what a colossal waste of talent he is.

Dude whats your problem, you dont even know they guy.

Yep.
It's no crime.
Well, I'm no JB fan as some of you know.

When I first read Justin Blackmon & car accident...I thought ooohhhhh boy here we go.

Then he was clean aND sober...according to the FHP.

Maybe, just maybe there's some hope.

All in all I take it as a good sign.

Forget that he was out at 3 am.....he was out at 3 am and SOBER guys.

At 20-26 years old I drove between Riverside and the Beaches in the wee hours more than a few times to spend time with a young lady who had returned home late and called upon me. I really don't think I was a criminal for doing so.

Until I have better reason to think he was up to anything different - I think I'll give the kid some slack.

Blackmon Update: FHP now says careless driving charge will be rescinded for Justin Blackmon after report was reviewed by FHP supervisors.

So, he got no ticket either. He blew a tire and thats it. END OF STORY.

Quote:Its ridiculous. Who of us wasn't out and about at that time at that age. He'll settle down as he ages....

I actually think its a good sign that he seems to be able to hang out without alcohol/ drugs now. Its a step in the right direction. For him, a big step.

At 24 I was raising 2 kids & working 2 full time jobs, so if I was out at 3 am it's because I was working.........just sayin........

As many problem as he's had in a short amount of time, it would be a good idea to be home at 3 AM
