I have to agree with the above. This looks like a complete setup. Maybe the post about the flirting was more of a joke, meant to be in fun, as I highly doubt the female didn't know who he was.
As for the grinding video, I'm not sure that much can be concluded. Is it possible that Urbz had thrown down a few beers and was relaxing with friends, and blondie started backing it up on him while she was dancing and he wasn't sure how to immediately respond without embarrassing her? Seems he was smart enough to keep his arms between the girl and his groin. If he was really participating I would think he would have moved his arms away.
Regardless, I can't blame the man for wanting to have a little R&R. Just because we've lost 4 games, doesn't mean he hasn't been working, or that he's squandering study time by having a night out with friends. We had a Thursday night game, so there was an opportunity to decompress a little bit before getting back to work. Hope that the fans and media don't continue to blow it out of proportion. If Urban were to be let go, or decide to resign, I feel like that becomes a setback for Trevor and the team.
now that I watched a video over and over again this was a total setup... person just "happens" to be recording Meyer from a distance at the exact time the girl goes up and grinds in front of him... and then the video cuts off eruptly... it's more like watch this record me... I want my 10 sec of fame... is there any other videos or pictures of them doing anything afterwards no...exactly

Who cares if it's a setup or not? HE didn't stop it. I watched the video, first it starts with that girl sitting right in front of him. if they wanted their fame she woulda ran up and thats where the recording would've started. Even if it was a setup HE could've pushed her away or turned or walked away, that would've made him look so much better. I know if I was him and my wife saw that she'd be furious. If the roles were reversed and my wife was having that done to her by a guy (weird) I would not be pleased.

Nobody's saying the guy's a white knight. They're recognizing a likely setup when it's happened. There are others who's personal animosity won't let them acknowledge there's a lot to be suspicious about in that short video.
