Yep negotiations begun....still will support the stadium only if they play in Jax.  It can be done.  On a side note did they say brother Sadiq Aman Khan was mayor of London?  Hmmmm
After watching the Lions-Raider game I believe it should be required the new stadium have the ability for a Jag player to leap into the stands somehow. There is currently the Lambo Leap and now the Ford Field Pickup. It would be short sighted to not allow for a Duval Vault, Jaguar Jump or something to that effect. They ARE always talking about the fan experience now aren't they. Without that ability I am not sure the stadium could provide a world class experience....

I like the sound of a DuVault leap.

On a side note, I think if they shut down the stadium for 2 years that may be the beginning of the end for FL-GA game.  Personally, if I didn't have a bias for Jacksonville, I think the logical approach would be to continue the neutral site approach of selling 50% of the tix to each of the fan bases BUT have the game be hosted by Atlanta and Tampa in their pro stadiums on alternate years.

1. Looking like they will be displaced for a year.(2027)

2. Those men are not related.
Shahid Khan and Sadiq Khan met for the first time in their lives in 2016 during the Jags press tour in the UK in advance of the NFL games in London that year.

In Pakistan the surname Khan is like the equivalent of Smith or Jones over here. Lol

Thanks, I knew someone would correct me if I had the wrong impression.

All good - it's a reasonable question unless you happen to know the jeopardy answer that India/Pakistan have kajillions of people with that last name. Would never expect everyone to be hip to that.

If they had to go to Orlando for one year, it wouldn’t be the end of the world I guess. Not ideal for season ticket holders but maybe it can pull in some new fans along the way.

Orlando traffic sucks every day. For an event? The city can't do it.
Thanks for the update
Let me know when the Stadium is done in 2028.

Until then, I don't care. I have been to all 32 NFL stadiums and Jax is the worst.
