Ok, that is all I needed or care about. Another thread I never have to open again.
What part of "no exact dates not set yet" do you not understand from the information given to you (since you're too lazy to look it up yourself)?
You are walking a fine line and falling towards the side that gets rid of you from around here.
You mean the side of the line where he thinks he’s really, really clever?

The side of the line that will earn a ban rather than a warning.
Us moderators are usually pretty lenient, but sometimes we discuss issues before we make a decision. If someone posting is constantly trolling, and especially if they were banned before and came back with a different username they are usually removed without warning(s).

Oh come on now. That’s rather extreme for an exalted, supreme, Packers fan that has graced us lowly Jaguars fans with his profound knowledge and opinions. I for one am extremely grateful.
Or something…
Scouring the internet for any national pundit who is admitting he was wrong about the Jags moving out of Jacksonville.
And finding... nothing.
Don’t bet against Jacksonville.

After reading all this I have come to a conclusion that for some reason either you are uneducated on how these deals work or just attempting to throw cold water on the people on this board. I call them griefers as they are miserable people in real life and only happy when they can make others the same. Since I would never assume you are a griefer I'll explain how this works.
First the deal is struck between the city and ownership. Next the NFL owners vote to accept it. Then the project is bid on by contractors. A bid is accepted and THEN the specific dates you are looking for are developed. Now, since I do not work for you or can be given assignments by you I suggest you follow the news for specific dates. I am surprised after the Packers sold shares November of 2021 you do not know this. (I own 2 of them)

Your joking right? None of them will admit they were wrong. In fact the crazed Florio tried to double down on that he was actually correct and that he still doesn't think the NFL owners will okay the proposed deal.

Why in the world would the owners not approve it? Like what is his basis for thinking this?

This made me go look for Florio's comments and I found a short video of him explaining it. Not sure if this is what you saw or if you read his comments somewhere else, but he seems somewhat reasonable (though pompous as always) until the end of the video where he says he hopes, for chaos' sake, that the league rejects the deal and tells Shad to go back to the bargaining table and get a better one. What an absolute piece of [BLEEP].

Thank you for letting me know what Florio said. I actually try not to give the guy a click on this type of stuff. That is at the end of the day how he makes money. This is the motivation for many of his opinions. Although in today's environment someone
wanting chaos is par for the course. Now that I know what he wants I will no longer listen to his opinions as they have no value. So by just not clicking he makes less money and I don't have read this crap.
As for the owners, they must be scratching their heads when it comes to stadium deals. The voters turned down deals in KC and Chicago in short order. They are in a position there where they may actually have to move the Chefs to another city to get what they want. This is a team that has been wildly successful in recent years. Not a good look.
I cannot believe as astute a businessman our owner is he has not gathered support among other owners before making it. That would be out of character, but only my opinion.

I sincerely detest this man.
I really don't agree on the assessment here of what Florio really communicated.
Florio stated that he believe when an Owner and the City agree to a deal, it should be final. However, the NFL owners have to approve the deal. He stated that he did not agree with this secondary approval process because the owners could reject the deal and send Shad back to the City and demand more money. so in his view, he states that he hopes like hell that then don't send Shad back BUT the 50% side of chaos for the sake of newsworthy purposes hopes they send him back (but that was tongue in cheek). He emphasized that he hopes the deal gets approved by the owner but wanted to stress how stupid the owners required approval is in this process.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE WATCH THE VIDEO AND FORM THEIR OWN OPINION.

That includes all possible home games available.
I hate to tell you there is actually a clause allowing the one London game in the agreement. The agreement has been completed this type of action is done. Now take a look at it. Currently we have a 17 game season it has been expanded from 16 games that gave us 8 home games. This means every other year we have our 8 homes games and eventually when they go to an 18 game season we will have 8 every year. I can see every team moving to playing one of their home games out of the country as the league continue to want to expand their footprint.

This is the direction they're headed in. The last few years they have now had a game in Germany and I believe Mexico. They're now adding Brazil into the mix this year.
Japan and Australia also feel like ideal locations to expand the International series. Since we're already playing football at some capacity in Japan and we have Rugby players in the mix within the NFL from Australia.

Be nice to have an estimated completion date wouldn't it? Maybe I am asking for too much. My apology.
Using "Google," and searching "the Internet," I was able to find that information for you.
Construction starts in 2026, and the new stadium opens in 2028.
You're welcome.
I bet you spent all day on this research, thank you for putting in the sizeable effort.
