Nope, weather did not factor in ranking the stadiums themselves.
You do know the average temp in Wisconsin is 76 degrees from March thru November? Also rarely get snow in any months other than Dec, Jan, and Feb.

Other than the sun, there isn't much to upgrade if you are actually there to watch the game.

The big question now is where does the team play for, possibly, two seasons. I’m not a fan of the Orlando option. Negotiating that traffic and distance isn’t appealing at all. I’m curious as to what efforts and which direction the team is leaning in that regard. Hopefully we’ll hear something soon.

I think the Shelter In Place plan will be the choice. They'll take an extra year to complete but keep the games at around 50k seats while they do it.
The renovation project hasn't even been given the green light yet.
Again, contact us when the renovation is complete in 4 years or so. If it ever gets done at all.
