Quote:I don't think they're allowed to schedule meetings with teams yet (officially) kinda like Suhe a couple years ago and then they got busted
As far as I know you can have official interviews at the combine with prospects. Seen a good few teams linked with guys but not us.
Quote:Has there been any info about interviews with us?
Should be some nice rumors swirling around today.
Quote:Just thought I'd put this here.
Great stuff
<p style="margin-left:40px;">In statistics, this phenomenon is known as Berkson's paradox, but I tend to think of it as the Boldin paradox, as Anquan Boldin might be the epitome of high nonmeasurables and low measurables. Boldin's 40-yard dash was clocked at 4.72, dead last for wide receivers at the 2003 combine, yet he continues a fantastically successful career to this day. Among his 2003 classmates, only Andre Johnson's career production exceeds Boldin's. Boldin compensates for his lesser speed with his renowned route-running and pass-catching skills -- his nonmeasurable (but observable) skills. It's likely why he can continue to play the receiver position well into his mid-30s. His nonmeasurable skills don't diminish with age nearly as quickly as his measurable talents, especially speed.
Quote:So the memorable list of 3 guys I like are a guy I actually didn't like that much, a guy who was looking great going into year 2 before suffering a freak injury, and the guy who led the NFL in sacks and forced fumbles in his 2nd year.
Sounds like I have been got.
Yeah, how dare you do research, analyse players or think someone might have potential and worst of all change your mind through the draft process
"Many attempts have been made to discover a formula for the relationship between combine data and player success, and they consistently return the same results, finding very little relevance in the combine measurements."
Hello Force Players how are you today

Yeah...ESPN ain't exactly the bastion of wealth you turn to when you want data or want to know how to parse it correctly.

Bwaaahhahahahahhaa.....
Brian Burke sounds really dumb.
Did he really go to an online grad school?

And founded an analytics company that is employed by several NFL teams.
But, the answer to your question is yes.

Then he should know an extreme outlier when he sees one.
